RFE??RFE??

I just received 5, count them, 5 emails from USCIS stating they need more evidence?? (All the emails said the same thing) Are you F'ing kidding me? I called CSC right after I got the email and the guy told me that he had no idea what the RFE was for and I would have to wait for the snail mail to get here. I followed the Guides to the T listed here on visajourney and even aded extra pictures, phone records, etc for our proof of relationship.

I am so pissed right now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There goes an extra week aded to my approval! Just wonderful!

It said they had mailed it off today Oct 9...so I will probably get it Thursday...hopefully something simple and I can send it back same day.

Wow, I cannot believe this. I am so sorry ThaiStyleUSA. I hope things turn around quickly and you get your NOA2 soon after you send back your RFE.

Man, this is starting to freak me out, two RFE's after 150 days. What is going on with USCIS?

When I sent my petition, I never thought about getting an RFE cause I knew my petition was bullet

proof. It seems even that is not a for sure thing with USCIS.

Still hoping for the best though :thumbs:

I called yesterday with the RFE trick---I got a nice guy but not too smart. He said they were processing the March applications. So WE KNOW that's not right. Even with my call yesterday no touch on the website. Does anybody else feel up to calling today? Maybe I should call again----maybe I'll get somebody honestly helpful. I did the same thing yesterday. As a matter of fact of fact, I called 3 times yesterday, spoke to 3 different people, and got the same bogus answers: "We're working on cases back in March. You should get an answer in 3 months". Well we all know that's a bunch of #######! I'm expecting this month to be my month and everybody else's month too. WE'RE TIRED OF WAITING!!!!!! :help:
