Hey guys! I'm at 139 days today, with CSC. I called on Friday and of course they gave me the standard answer to my questions. But I got touched on Friday of course from the call, and then on Sunday, and then Yesterday and this morning again, so four touches all together. I know a call usually gets two, but four???? Do you think this might be our approval??? But our status hasn't changed on line. Just wondering what you think??

We have all been so patiently waiting. It's hard to believe we could be within just hours of approvals. The patient one is admittedly getting a little freaked. I called CSC this morning, got a nice guy, but not too smart. He gave me the March date as the current processing date-----so no help from the customer service guy today. The always patient Alane & Ramzis :blink:

7/4/2006 visited for 1 week in Russia (Independence Day!)

12/26/06 three week visit in the U.S.

4/6/07 He came to US for 6 glorious weeks

5/20/07 He returned to Ufa, RU

5/24/07 Mailed I-129F to NSC!!!!!

I found out I got approved when I received a hard copy of NOA2 in the mail. I never got an email approval. To this day the status of my case on the website still says case pending. I wouldn't worry too much about the status on the website as in my case it wasn't updated properly. You may be getting your NOA2 in the mail soon. Good Luck!

Could be coming soon, got another touch this morning, 4th in a row now, it has to mean something!

That's what happened for us...we were touched on the 5th, 7th, 8th, and then got our CRIS email today. You could be approved at any moment!

I found out I got approved when I received a hard copy of NOA2 in the mail. I never got an email approval. To this day the status of my case on the website still says case pending. Byron I wish I had better news for you, but I was transferred to CSC. VSC needs to get going BIG time - I wish there is something we could do...

Hang in there guys - until last week my USCIS page still said 5/23/07- I know it is disheartening. Hopefully things are speeding up now. Good luck everyone!

Thanks for all the "pick-me-up's" from everyone. I am so frustrated! I was touched Friday for the first time in this whole ordeal, and of course, I have nothing new to report. No snail mail, no email, no updated date on USCIS website, nothing. I am almost tempted to call USCIS one more time today, but I will give it untill Thursday.

Congrats to all of those who are approved and good luck to all of us who are waiting.

been one of my most difficult trials. I am sure it has been for all of us on
