Just so people don't wonder....all of our touches were because of a typo error and my calls asking about this. If we wouldn't have had this issue we would have had no touches at all except being approved out of the blue. Everytime I called and asked about the typo was a touch and a touch the day after or as a result of a letter received (which we got a letter from USCIS about on a touch date also). Our NOA2 came out of the blue with no immediate touches.

So those of you with no touches don't worry. They don't indicate an approval is near. An approval can come with no touches at all until approved.

Congratulations!!!

It's good to be back home and on VJ :D I was away for the weekend and when I walked into my house a couple hours ago I thought I was going to see some approvals from VSC, including mine and still nothing!

I'm at 5 months today :D

What's up with VSC????? Everything I see is CSC for like the last month. Does anyone know what is going on with VSC? I hope all VSC filers get approved soon. They need to get the ball rolling!

We were approved 146 days from filing, 140 days from our NOA1 date...

Hey guys! I'm at 139 days today, with CSC. I called on Friday and of course they gave me the standard answer to my questions. But I got touched on Friday of course from the call, and then on Sunday, and then Yesterday and this morning again, so four touches all together. I know a call usually gets two, but four???? Do you think this might be our approval??? But our status hasn't changed on line. Just wondering what you think??

That's what happened for us...we were touched on the 5th, 7th, 8th, and then got our CRIS email today. You could be approved at any moment!

3/3/08 AOS etc application sent

3/14/08 Application packet returned...signed in wrong spot

3/17/08 Corrected packet resubmitted

3/24/08 Called USCIS to learn packet was being returned again due to another error

PACKET NEVER ARRIVED _ LOST AT USCIS....WAITING FOR EXPLANATION/INSTRUCTIONS

5/12/08 Sent a new application with cover letter explaining situation

5/19/08 NOAs

5/20/08 Check cashed...FINALLY

I am hoping all us May filers will get approved this month.
