Hey Congratulations Charlie!! Did, it change status today....was it a holiday for them??? I thought it was maybe I was wrong....anyway.....CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!

I guess not. We got an email saying a notice was mailed today. :) Thanks everyone. I know more are soon to come!

9/19/07 - Approved!! NOA2 - 140 days from filing!!!

10/29/07 - Sent to NVC - 40 Days from NOA2

10/31/07 - Case received at NVC - Happy Halloween!

11/02/07 - Case left NVC - Yay!

11/08/07 - Case received in Bucharest - picked up Packet 3 from embassy

May 09 - Received in mail 3 NOAs (AOS, EAD, AP: notice date May,5/2008) - ALL CASES ONLINE

May 12 - Received in mail Biometrics appointment (notice date May,8/2008)

July 07 - AP approval notice and EAD card production ordered (email and online)

Received by email by CRIS. We didn't have a problem not receiving our NOA1 or with the website not updating. I know some people had problems with this but it was a smooth sail for us minus the wait.

We were approved 146 days from filing, 140 days from our NOA1 date...

Just so people don't wonder....all of our touches were because of a typo error and my calls asking about this. If we wouldn't have had this issue we would have had no touches at all except being approved out of the blue. Everytime I called and asked about the typo was a touch and a touch the day after or as a result of a letter received (which we got a letter from USCIS about on a touch date also). Our NOA2 came out of the blue with no immediate touches.

So those of you with no touches don't worry. They don't indicate an approval is near. An approval can come with no touches at all until approved.
