oh my god, I got touched between 4:30 PM and 6:00PM (PST).Don't ask how I can be so accurate but my USCIS portfolio is my homepage...

IT DOES NOT MEAN ANYTHING!!! (I'd rather try to convince myself before you guys try to do it) but after a week of nothing when I was told that my case had been assigned 2 weeks (9/23) ago, I'll take that. And this touch is not even due to a phone call!

IT DOES NOT MEAN ANYTHING!!!

Apparently, CSC has a pulse...

WOW...it's pretty quite Friday!!! ANYBODY!!!...ANYBODY!!! ANYBODY GOT APPROVED!!! My birthday is Sunday and I thought I might get a great present...but I guess not.

Congrats on your retirement and thanks for serving our country. How can you have such a late NOA1 date if you mailed the I-129F in early May? If your NOA1 date on the form itself is actually 2007-07-16, sorry to say you have a looooooong wait for your NOA2.

Sorry for too many consecutive posts here but I'm not a computer freak. If you read one of my post above, it explains why I got my NOA1 hard copy late.

Thank for retirement compliment. I would love to stay longer but my health and single parent stuff are very difficult juggle. Very rough on my kids when I'm always gone. And thank you for your support. We as military loves your supports because that's what make us strong. It upsets me to hear people (USCIS) whining about how stressful their jobs are. I guess having rockets and mortars flying over you on constance basis does not constitute stressful jobs. Well guess what they get to come home and sleep at their own beds every night.

Roger that! I think it is BS about your date and you should call and write them to appeal every day if necessary. Good luck to you.

This long wait is so totally unecessary. Every kind of visa is more important with USCIS than the K1 and the K3. I guess being an American citizen puts most of us at the bottom of the barrel when it comes to approvals from USCIS. Funny I thought we were supposed to take care of our own.

Sorry if I offended anyone with my post. It just tears my apart when my fiance starts to cry because this process is taking so long. We have been waiting to be together for 3 years and now this bs with USCIS. Unbelievable!!!

You know one day my stress level is somewhat manageable but then on other days I feel totally helpless. I spent 19 years working in an extremely hostile, hardcore environment and could take whatever came my way but this wait is something entirely new to me. It is almost a form of pyschological torture. I guess today is my day to vent.

This is a messed up society we live in and people like the ACLU and other left thinking groups would go for the throat if the USCIS put US citizens first. I totally agree with you the wait is way longer than it should be.

My fiancee is crying now...and she is the strong one. I empathize totally with you...I will buy an airline ticket now to go be with her. I was planning to wait for her interview...but, I can't wait now...not knowing how long in the future that could be....Good Luck...to everyone!!!
