All the NOA1s of the new approvals are just minus us 1 or 2 or 3 days!!!! All the sent dates of the new approvals are minus us just 1-5 days. We have to be close!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Before the end of the week please!!! :whistle:

Yes I have called several times but only got more frustrated with their bogus info. I really think we will get approved very soon, at least in this month. Good luck to all of us :thumbs:

Two weeks "was" the max time for NVC to receive an approved visa and send it along to the embassy but I think that has changed to approximately one month now. :whistle: After NVC the ball starts rolling pretty quick!!!

I am really with all of you and wish a very speedy NOA2...I KNOW THE PAIN THAT YOU ALL FEEL BECAUSE I HAVE FELT THE SAME PAIN!!!!

I am thinking you should be getting your approval this week. Good luck :thumbs: I filed about 2 weeks after you but am still hoping for my approval soon also. I am sure all May filers will get approved this month. :thumbs::thumbs:

I am trying very hard to be positive on here, cause it is to easy to start slipping into a major depression. :wacko: Depression is like falling in quicksand, it is very easy to fall in but very diffucult to get out.

Yes, most of the people posting here are right in the same time frame. Hopefully we will get our NOA-2's very soon.

I check the USCIS website 10 times a day it seems. I checked it late last night and then I checked it before 7 this morning. Nothing either time. I checked again at 10 am, nothing, and then checked at 10:30 and there was a touch. That would be 7:30 am California time. I had no idea they worked that early in the morning. I had to reheck it twice to make sure I was reading it right. I was so used to seeing the same date for so long that it was a complete shock to get a touch.

Maybe this afternoon or this evening we will have better news from everyone.

Hey Bundy, I just checked & got a touch too! The first ever! I'm hoping it's good news, and not just b/c I called on Wednesday (please nobody say that you always get a touch after a call and burst my bubble :) ). I sent in my application nearly a week after you, but we both filed at the Texas service center before getting transferred to CSC. Maybe our files were in the same box! Fingers crossed we will get approved by next week!

3/14/08 Application packet returned...signed in wrong spot

Congrats on your retirement and thanks for serving our country. How can you have such a late NOA1 date if you mailed the I-129F in early May? If your NOA1 date on the form itself is actually 2007-07-16, sorry to say you have a looooooong wait for your NOA2.
