My Processing Times got bumped from Sep 7 to Oct 1 on VJ, does any one have any idea on whats going on with NSC Processing Time?

You know what irritates me about the whole delay in the 797's (NOA1)? I called them June 15th, I think, and they said they'd send an email to -whoever- to generate it. I still haven't gotten it. If there was some kind of probelm, why didn't they just tell me? I'd be very fine knowing there was a problem effecting loads of files and it's being worked on. It happens. Servers crash, there's problems with software - it happens. But don't feed me some line about it being generated (which it clearly wasn't for me) just to get me off the phone.

Okay, rant over. Woo hoo, my best case scenario estimated date on my time line here at VJ just moved from August 12 to August 10! Cool!

I just try to keep in mind that once this stage is over, and the visa is approved, this will all be a thing of the past. We just need to get through this one trying time, and then we're together for the rest of the process. Soon enough it will be December and January and we'll all be remarking about how, while we were going through it it seemed like it would never end, but now that it's done, it wasn't THAT long. I mean, it's already been two months or so we've all sent out stuff in after all!

At least we're not those poor people trying to get into the USA via the lotto system. They have to wait YEARS to get in.

I just keep telling myself it's a small price to pay to be with Adam the rest of my life. Sometimes it helps, sometimes not!

17th March 2010 - Started the removal of conditions process

22nd March 2010 - Application received by CSC

Hey everyone...well here i am...a May filer!!!!!!! I am the most impatient person and this process is driving me nuts!!! I sent the i129f on the 18th of May, and received the NOA1 on May 24th...Got the actual paper in my hand on May 28th...now i guess this is when then the real waiting begins.. :crying: ....this is so hard!!! Oh by the way, my stuff is in Vermont, where from what i have read is a little better than California...

California Service Center Now Issuing Delayed Form I-797 Approval Notices

USCIS is pleased to announce that it has resolved the systems problems creating delays in Form I-797 notice issuance from the California Service Center (CSC) that had been previously announced to the public. CSC is in the process of generating and mailing the delayed approval notices and affected customers should expect delivery by July 20, 2007. We appreciate the patience our customers have shown during this effort.

Affected customers who have not received a notice by the July 20, 2007 date (for example, if you have checked the online system and it indicates that your case was approved and you have not received an approval notice), may submit an inquiry for review to the e-mail box. Please include your receipt number and/or your A number with your inquiry. The CSC e-mail address for inquiries is: CSC.NoNotice@DHS.Gov

April 24, 2007 - I-129F received at NSC

May 18, 2007 - I-129F received at CSC

August 22, 2007 - called USCIS and found out we were APPROVED on August 18, 2007

August 22, 2007 - received email from CRIS, late afternoon, saying we were approved

September 10, 2007 - NVC RECEIVED! YAY!

September 12, 2007 - Left NVC on it's way to Dublin! WAHOOOO!

September 28, 2007 - Packet 3 Received

November 1, 2007 - Medical

November 8, 2007 - Packet 3 Sent to Embassy

December 7, 2007 INTERVIEW!!!

APPROVED!!!!

Wish it would just get off June 18 update.
