I called CSC today.

The person said they were all down here at the opening day of the Texas State Fair.

I can see them over there from my office window.

Appears they are hitting the beer stands pretty heavy.

153 days!!!.....153 days!!!.....I have been waiting 153 days for this to end, the approval comes and now I wait again for the case to arrive at NVC! Will the waiting ever end? :whistle::whistle::whistle: Oh well, I suppose I can wait a little longer, no choice in the matter!! :crying::crying: I hope you Vermont Filers will see some action soon.

Congratulations to all May filers who got approved this week. My internet service has been down from Tuesday so i missed all the celebration. Thank god it's working now cause i miss you guys.

Hey Mirla, we're all having winter weddings, i think i'll take February 14, thank you. Whenever you and Byron get your approvals i'll be :dance::dance::dance: so much my PC will be vibrating :yes::yes: hope VSC does something soon or i'll have to go up there and kick somebody in the balls :yes::lol:

Doesn´t it sucks!!!??? I´m not into having a winter wedding!!!! But I don´t have too many options though....So you wanna get married on Valentine´s Day!!??? Are you sure????? Then you will have only one present and one celebration, hahaha! Valentine´s and anniversary!!! Hahaha! J/K. :lol:

Jan. 7, 2008 - Finally got the interview date

Jan. 28, 2008 - Interview!! Approved!!!

Feb. 12, 2008 - Arrives in USA!!!

Feb. 18, 2008 - Wedding Day!!!!!!

Feb. 19, 2008 - Apply for SSN

Mar. 12, 2008 - Packet mailed (AOS, EAD, & AP)

Mar. 12, 2008 - Husband's SSN arrives

Mar. 14, 2008 - AOS pkt was delivered at 7:52 AM & signed for by V BUSTAMANTE.

Mar. 18, 2008 - Check cashed!!

Mar. 21, 2008 - NOA's for AOS, EAD & I-131!! (Dated 3-18-08)

Mar. 31, 2008 - Can finally see AP & EAD online!!

Apr. 10, 2008 - Biometrics finished! Can finally see AOS online & EAD touch!

May 12, 2008 - Email: AP approved!!

Hi everyone! i just woke up and read my fiance's IMs. He said he called VSC today while at his work, gave him an info that they're processing May 18 petitions and that we'll hear something about ours very soon. His guess was right. :yes:

Wilson just became active reading the VJ forum lately cuz he's very busy. :thumbs: This was what my fiance has told me yesterday. By looking at the VJ timelines, he compared NOA1 chart from NOA2 chart, and then told me that he saw a pattern. What? what pattern? LOL i was like uhhh...so? :huh: I didn't know what he's talking about. :lol: He felt that the NOA1s were causing delays in processing NOA2s. He felt they wanted to free themselves up from NOA1s first before giving away NOA2s. So i gave him the number of filers each month from april to september to confirm his guess and found a pattern too making him more confident with his guess. I agreed him too. From april to may there was bulk of petitions filed at VSC, then slowly dropped in june and july, climbed up again in august, and guess what? it has a big decrease in september. He said that all May filers will be surprised to get their approvals very soon. :yes: I guess reading stock charts does really help A LOT. :lol:

I was very happy and excited today but it's not gonna be fair if those late may filers like us will get approved while some of those early may filers' cases are still pending. :( But don't you worry, I had you all in my prayers the other night especially Mirla who has been waiting for so long. Then why all filers for Cuba filed theirs during mid June 2007 and all have received their interview dates already? What kind of pattern are they on?
