Well today is day 141 i have called CSC several times in the past the last time i called was on the 18th i was wanting others to give me an oppinion. Do you think i should try to call again. Everytime I call they see that i have called several times before i hope that doesnt effect anything????

Well i called CSC and talked to an indian woman. Well she said that the case has not been assighned and that it would be pulled by November. I was affraid to call because i would hear this same thing about 6 months. This friggin rediculous. Im so pissed off i could throw this computer across the room. I should have never called. I know that it is not true what she said knowing them it would be approved today but they would still say november. I thought I was at 141 days but according to VJ I´m at 143 days...

Well, I don´t know if Iwant to call....she said it won´t be pulled out till november?????.....they don´t know wha they´re talking about, don´t listen to them cause everybody in customer service has a different opinion....

Like 3 weeks ago or 4 I called and this nice lady told me that I should have an aswer in the next two weeks and if I haven´t heard anything after those 2 weeks to call back and they will try to help me out cause my case was over 4 months....! Anyways, I knew that if I called back I was going to get the 6 months bull but instead this other lady told that they still have 51 days to take a decision.....She said, Oh come on! 51 days is nothing!!!! Hahaha! Yeah right, put yourself in my shoes!!!!

Your right i know. Ive been pretty calm about this but i guess i got my hopes up about this week which i knew i shouldnt have done,but just like everyone else here i miss my SO and emotions run high. What can you do but wait. I think i just needed to get that frustration out. I will stay positive till the end of this journey. thanks

I understand!!! I´m very impatient and cannot undestand why is this taking so long!!! I can´t wait to be with my SO again either!!!! I was very hopefull about this week but it is not over yet.....one more day but I´m also kinda scare and nervous about it....

Ugghh!! I'm not trying to whine...no cheese to go with it at the moment...lol, but in the last 2 weeks, my adjudicate date has gone from the first of Oct to..as of today...the 29th!! I've seen where others have posted it changing by a few days and mine has too, but that seems like a lot in a short time frame...so frustrating!!

I was just looking at the stats and saw that a Vermont May filer was approved today.

Nora & Ryan, from the UK, petition sent on 5/22/07 and NOA1 on 5/25/07.

Congrats to them!

So there is life at Vermont after all! Maybe this is a good sign that more of you will be approved soon. I really hope so! I know many of you are feeling frustrated and sad. I just hope they get off their butts and start handing out more approvals!

Does anyone remember the good ol' days? When our VJ estimations were in August and spirits were high... yeah, it's a fading memory for me too. now it says October now OCTOBER OCTOBER!!!!!

I just - I just - I just don’t even know what to do anymore. October????? I was expecting late August but then I was like - ohhh its just a little slow cuz of the fee increase so I gave them until mid-September and then that passed and I was like - well at least I know I'll have my NOA2 by the end of September. But you guys, I called today and they said I didn’t even have an officer yet!! So surely if I don’t have an officer I will without a doubt NOT be getting approved by the end of this month and lord knows if I'll be approved my mid October!
