At least lets see lots more May approvals so that you guys can jump on the NVC RIDE!!!!!!! :dance::thumbs::dance::thumbs:

I'm just hoping that the service centers aren't letting the approved pettitions pile up before sending them on to NVC, that would just cause another bottleneck.... that's just about dumb enough however that they probably are doing just that. On this same train of thought, has any early may approvals gotten confirmation that it has made it to NVC yet?

Timeline:

4/6/07 - Contacted attorney John Roth

5/1/07 - Petition mailed to Texas Service Center

5/7/07 - NOA1 - Petition at CSC

9/19/07 - Approved!! NOA2 - 139 days from filing!!! (mine and several other VJ members petitions were delayed in the mail room on this approval date)

9/20/07 - Postmark for NOA2 hardcopy

9/24/07 - Hardcopy NOA2 received

10/26/07 - Sent to NVC - 43 Days from NOA2 (2 weeks late thanks to the fine folks at CSC mail room!)

11/02/07 - Case received at NVC - Finally!

11/06/07 - Case left NVC - Finally efficient results from the government!

11/14/07 - DOS advises packet has been mailed to Beth. No dates given yet...

11/15/07 - Grace at USE says nothing mailed to Liberty yet.

But she became "documentarily qualified" today, so check back soon.

11-19-07 - Dates assigned on the website!

11-20-07 - Packet 4 postmarked

11-27-07 - Packet arrives

12-07-07 - Copy of Appointment letter arrives in USA. postmark date: 12-05-07

12-27-07 - Assigned Medical Date

12-20 & 21 - Early Medical -- COMPLETED

01-03-08 - USEM Interview -- Approved!!

01-08-08 - Visa pick-up at USEM (3 business days wait because of weekend)

01-11-08 - Fly to USA!

I called NVC today and they said our case has yet to arrive, apparently it's still at CSC. My understanding is that they will ship out once there are a large number of approved petitions.

12/30/2005 Visited Philippines for a Friends wedding and met Marife

06/04/2006 Made another trip to see my beautiful Marife!

01/27/2007 Visited Marife.....Proposed and she said YES!!

04/28/2007 Sent I-129F to TSC.....and the VJ begins

05/08/2007 Received NOA1 From CSC

09/10/2007 K1 Petition Approved!!!!

09/11/2007 (NOA2) K1 Petition Approval Received via email!!!

09/14/2007 (NOA2) K1 Petition Approval Received via postal mail!!!

10/24/2007 NVC Received Petition!!

10/26/2007 NVC Sent Petition to USE in Manila

11/07/2007 Medical Exam and Interview Date listed at Embassy Website

11/28/2007 St Lukes Medical Exam

12/05/2007 Interview with Consolate Officer at USE in Manila(Approved!!!)

12/26/2007 Visa Delivered by Delbros

02/04/2008 Arrived in U.S.

02/14/2008 Married on Valentines Day!!

02/25/2009 Mailed AOS Application

03/04/2009 Case Transfered to CSC

03/27/2009 Biometrics

05/01/2009 Received Approval/Welcome letter

05/02/2009 RECEIVED GREEN CARD!!!! by mail.

Yes! He said "This Year" May to December, 7 months!

He was very nice about it. Nice in a sarcastic way.

There is no friggin way it will take 7 months for our NOA2. We already know that they are into May. Does screw with your head though! :wacko:

6/5/08 - EAD RECEIVED IN THE MAIL

6/12/08 - Permanent Resident APPROVAL! Green Card on the Way!

The way things are going, if you filed at CSC (or Texas or Nebraska and it was forwarded to CSC) you have a decent chance at seeing some action today...if you filed at VSC...I wouldn't hold your breath waiting for anything today. As a matter of fact, it would be wiser to write and send out some more letters...

Unfortunately, mine moved forward on day. :blink: Woops I guess I am whinning

So did mine... I was due, according to VJ, Sept 30th for 4 days in a row and this morning it moved to Oct 1st... But I got another touch this morning likely due to my call yesterday ...

Should I think I am about to receive the long awaited approval email? NO.

Am I exited 'cause there is finally some activity on my portfolio? YESYYESYEYSYSSYEYSYSYSESYES!!!!!

(going crazy again, sounds like another day of frantic refresh-clicking and email-checking)

Our AOS Timeline:

01/24/08 Sent AOS, EAD, AP Documents

02/01/08 $1010 check cashed

02/07/08 Receipt Notices for all 3 applications with MSC numbers

03/14/08 AP approved

03/28/08 AP in hand

and waiting...

Our K-1 timeline:

05/08/07 I-129F Received

10/10/07 reception of NOA2

11/05/07 case sent by NVC to Bern (31 days since NOA2). Sibylle will be contacted once they physically receive the file. Getting prepared for the interview...

11/26/07 Interview scheduled PASSED!!!

11/30/06 Visa in hands!!!!!!!

...

10/20/07 Sibylle lands at LAX for good (aside for a round-trip to Bern for the interview when it eventually comes) on a 3 months VWP...

12/09/07 Sibylle lands back in LA

12/24/07 Administrative marriage in the US!!
