Yes i totally agree i am so anxious to hear just something!!!!! I am at 140 today and I hope i atleast get something a touch or an approval something. This wait has been long and me and my fiancee have been very patient and positive. Even if we have an RFE for any reason we will stay patient and go thru the steps to get our approval but just not hearing anything is a constant wonder. To all that have not been approved I hope the best for today and i hope that we all have our approvals by the end of the week.

I'm in the same boat as you, Justin. Just about the same timeline! My fiancee and I have been having a very hard time. Mine says Oct. 3rd now, but hoping that really is not the case and get approved by week's end! My fiancee is also Filipino, but she's Canadian.

There were by my count 9 new approvals on 9-24-07. All of them were CSC filers. All but one of them were between 140-150 days since sending the I-129f. The one outsider was 134 days. So if you mailed it to CSC 140 days ago I would say it's safe to say to expect it to be looked at in the next 2 weeks.

Yeah i would hope that two weeks is not the case i hope this week will be the magic week. Time will only tell. It seems like everytime we get to the point of everyone else getting approved the time goes up even more. Like the horse going after a carrot. USCIS quit stringing us along and give us what we want!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Good Luck everyone!!!!!!!!

May be it's a topic that has already been covered, but shouldn't we go by the receipt date on the NOA1 rather than the date the application arrived at USCIS? Maybe it doesn't matter and maybe I am trying to find a logic in their process that probably doesn't even exist...

I noticed from the timelines where I got this information. The NOA1 dates fluctated alot. The total days remained alot more reasonable in closeness to each other.

Yeah, I also noticed the consistency mostly coming from the total number of days since filing, not since NOA 1.

A big CONGRATS to the newly approved!!!:dance: And you guys still waiting, hang in there......your approvals are up next!!! The night before we got ours I was convinced that it was just never going to happen; but it did--IT DID. As ZEE has pointed out, no one will be left behind. And historically, Wednesdays have been big approval days for some people.

“Why do the righteous suffer?” someone asked C.S. Lewis. He replied: “They are the only ones that can handle it.”

I think the nerves of everyone who filed in May are past the point of being frazzled. One day on here brings cheers and hope and the next day brings boos and depression. I think I will be totally numb when I finally get an approval. I was really hoping to get on here this morning and see some approvals. If USCIS would just be consistent with the NOA2''s, all May filers would be approved this month.

The month is not over so I will try to stay positive but this wait is far beyond insane

If USCIS continued approving people at the above rate, that 140-150 day wait would drop quickly. I just hope it does not keep climbing. If I go by my VJ adjudication date of October 19th, I will be at 149 days. That is totally bogess. Five months to approve something they could do in 15 minutes. I am at day 124 today and am basically holding on to my sanity with every ounce of strength I can muster. It is very difficult not to be able to look any further into the future than today. I just want to move on with this process and jump start my life again.

Come on USCIS 9 more approvals today and everyday  Still trying to be positive. Well a little bit at least.

Ok I couldn't hold it anymore and I called the CSC for the RFE trick. Piece of advice: don't say "my lawyer said that I got a RFE" if you DON'T have a lawyer :no::huh: the lady on the phone called my bluff, cut me off and told straight out "you don't have a lawyer on that case, sir"... mmm well mmm so basically I took a begging tone and asked if I could get some info since I never received a NOA1 and all of that, it's been more than 4 months. So she checked and it appears that I have been adjudicated to an officer on Sept 23rd!!! So I guess I could receive some news, hopefully positive SOON... All hope is not lost. Some news is still news...

Just felt like sharing the experience.
