As of this morning i checked and I am APPROVED!!!!

CONGRATS AARON!!!!!!! How did you find out? Through email? And have you received any touches prior to your approval?? Hopefully the rest of us are coming soon!

i got a touch last night before I was approved. I got 3 emails all saying the same thing. I'm sure the rest of you guys are coming soon!

Day 144, my estimate moves further everyday, no Touch, no RFE, dozens of approvals for petitions filed after me, boo-hoo ...

It would be nice to know that at least they had it somewhere as opposed to thinking someone is using my petition under a leg of their desk to keep it level so all the piles of other petitions don't fall over ... at least that's the picture I have in my head ...

I'm at day 141 - just a little bit behind you. I have received no touches either. Have you or are you going to call using the RFE trick? I've thought about it doing it, but I don't want to jump the gun. This is so tedious! I know that there are others before me who haven't yet received their NOA2 and I really feel for those at the VSC right now. I guess I'll just wait some more...and watch my possible adjudication date slip another day...then another.....

Hope we get some approvals today!!!!!!

I have thought about calling them only recently; especially since some have said they were approved without an email or a change on the website. I also didn't want to call and generate Touches just for calling. Then I think, well I waited this long I can wait another week...

Then I am not understanding this whole new long delay problem in getting the info over to the NVC...

My parents said they know I nice spot on the US / Canada border we can go visit ... hah

I agree with taking action. But listen---I do have a wait until eternity-----to see my dear darling daughter who was 18 years old and died in my arms on Easter Sunday 5 years ago. ----- So do you think I'm patient?

I called them yesterday (my NOA1 is dated 5/29, my case was at the CSC on 5/8) and actually none of the calls I made (three so far, first one 40 days ago) have generated touches. I would even like to get a touch from a phone call, at least it'd show that the website gets updated. Yesterday I was given the usual run-around: "March 15 is the receipt date currently examined...blablabla". I was really getting the feeling that the lady on the phone was looking at the website from the internet and not at their internal system... I am getting desperate for some real news, I don't want to be left behind when more and more May filers (even late ones) are getting approved... :crying:

Oh well, I will probably wait another day and try the RFE trick this time.

My NOA1 date is May 14...am I getting left behind somewhere? :mellow:

Yeah, i dont think they go in order of receipt as they claim! at least not 100% of the time! and I'm sure some are faster than others!!

hopefully they push a lot out this week since its the end of month! they might have to raise there quota as cops do for traffic violations!!!

still new to all this but in the same holding pattern as many others!!!! My Priority date on my NOA1 is may 23!!!!!! hope I get approved soon!!!!! as well as the rest of us may filers so June forum can start getting there approval on!!!!!!!!!
