My situation is identical to your. I mailed overnight delivery on 4/23 and was told on 5/4 that my case was transferred to CSC with a receipt date of 5/1 but I have not received a NOA1 yet.. I'm not going to call anymore about it as I think the NOA2 is much more significant and as long as I know they received it, I'm fine.

Before i found vj i was really stressing, now i understand that the NOA2 is what we will use to file my AOS. And it's almost 60 days since we filed, so we should receive our NOA2 by the first week of August.... Hope i'm right. good luck to alll May filers .

Hi all, i'm new here. Just want to say i'm also a May filer. My K1 pettition was sent to TSC on the 23/04/07, CSC receive it on May 1 2007. We are yet to receive the NOA1. is any may filer having the same problem?

Thanks you guys for such a warm welcome, looking forward to getting help from you all. I'm actually here in Jamaica. My fiance works two full time jobs, so i have to be the one who look for info.. glad to have foud VJ. A lot of people are asking the same questions i would like to ask, so i'm just soaking up info. My fiance is leaving for Poland for the weekend to attend a wedding so I probably won't be on VJ at all after tonight(can you say withdrawl symptoms?). I have crappy stinking dial-up (I live a million miles from civilization and DSL isn't available yet) and want to keep the phone lines open in case he tries to call. Which he had better!

So it's a long weekend of tv and chocolate covered raisins. Who knows, maybe I will get some long overdue chores done. But I doubt it.

Hopefully everyone will see some progress on their cases while I'm gone!!! I'll come back Monday and everyone will be approved... I can dream, can't I?

I have signed up for e-mail notifications and to-date my case hasn't been touched! Which isn't surprising! It seems like we should receive our NOA2's by end of Aug considering you have no RFE's based on others and how things are going!

My Fiancee, she is in Pakistan so I hope that being from that area int he worl doesn't slow down my case too much!

Will update once I receieve a "Touch" or any other action to my case!

Like I said before I had called June 15 re: not getting the paper NOA1. They said they'd generate it. Still haven't gotten it. I'm thinking of calling again, maybe around July 15th. Adam is (hopefully) coming to visit around mid-August, and I'd like him to have a copy of that with him.

I can't believe it's already been two months since they officially received my package. It's funny, I had ALMOST forgotten about that situation (and by that I mean, I had stopped incessently checking my case update info...hee hee) and when I realized it was coming up on two months, I have to say, it did go by kind of fast.

One more month! Well, best case scenerio, of course!

We're doing it!!!! Yay! I can't wait to start seeing NOA2 congrats in this thread!

I also got my check cashed a while ago and never received a hard-copy NOA1. Check cashed 6/12 and got my WAC # and signed up for updates. Seems like this is happening to a lot of people. Not planning on calling since it seems largely irrelevant.

Yes NOA-1 is not critical to have on hand as long as you are able to track your case online however; NOA-2 is required for AOS. It has been sixty-three days since NSC received our application and we still haven't received NOA-1. Don't sweat it. Congratulations and a speedy approval.
