Looks like they are still doing early May filers. I know I am still weeks aways but it is hard not to

get excited.

Ya know, now that my excitement from my approval last night has worn off a bit I really enjoy seeing others getting their approvals. Hopefully we'll get about 8 more in the next few hours....

5/1/07 - Petition mailed to Texas Service Center

5/7/07 - NOA1 - Petition at CSC

9/19/07 - Approved!! NOA2 - 139 days from filing!!! (mine and several other VJ members petitions were delayed in the mail room on this approval date)

9/20/07 - Postmark for NOA2 hardcopy

9/24/07 - Hardcopy NOA2 received

Right, so this morning I came on ranting about how the VJ adjudication date had changed from Sept. 24 to NOVEMBER SIXTEENTH!!! Well.... BITE ME ESTIMATED ADJUDICATION DATE BECAUSE

WE WERE APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!!!

YESSSSSSSSS! Tonight we got our NOA2!!!! WHAT A GREAT DAY IT'S BEEN!!! LOADS OF APPROVALS!!!! I'm just thrilled beyond words that OURS was one of them!!!! So no worries fellow filers... they're getting us out of the way to make room for y'all!!!!!!

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

February - May: extended visit to States, engagement.

5/4: I-129F sent (Texas Service Center, forwarded to California Service Center)

5/11: Petition received at California Service Center.

5/16: Check cleared. NOA1 online (no hard copy received yet)

6/19: NOA1 hard copy arrived FINALLY

7/16: Sent off for Police Certificate (U.K.)

8/22: TOUCHED due to phone call (RFE Trick, was told case wasn't assigned yet)

9/20:APPROVED!!! After 127 days from NOA1 and 139 days from filing date.

10/23: Spoke to Kelly at NVC who said they should have received our petition by now. She advised I send a copy of our NOA2 directly to the NVC office, which I did immediately. :-)

10/26: NVC RECEIVES CASE!

10/30: NVC SENDS CASE TO LONDON CONSULATE

11/1: Consulate receives case in London AND sends out Packet 3.

11/6: Sent Packet 3 to Consulate (we'd downloaded the forms on VJ and had them completed already)

11/22: Appointment for Medical.

2008:

01/08: Interview scheduled for 10 a.m. APPROVED!!!

02/01/08: Stephen comes to America!!!

I wonder if the approvals aren't processed during the day and then batched into the computer system at the end of the day??
