Hey Byron...I was just thinking of you...yes,I'm at CSC.

Have you had any touches...I was just on the USCIS website and they have touched my case again today...yesterday too but I figured that was the call I made.

Things are heating up and I am so happy!!! :dance:

Does anyone know how many touches does USCIS record after a phone call? I got touched on the 19th cause I called CSC but I also got a touch today. Just wondering if I should get excited yet or is it a false alarm?

In my mind I am thinking the touches are from the phone call. I do not want to be disappointed, so I will not get to crazy at this point in time. Regardless, I am confident that us May filers will be approved this month. Thanks for you optimism. Good luck everyone!

Its is usually two touches sometimes it is one. Most likely it is due to phone call if you have two in a row. But it could be good news.

OMG! :o they can't be serious! i got an RFE! wow, i've only been living in canada with my fiancé for almost 3 years. we even enclosed a paper dated december 2005 naming me as his benificiary on his work benefits. what more do they want!?! :angry::angry::angry:

What is REF for? I was living with my boyfriend for a long time while I was at school in the US. I used to live in the apartment by myself, but it was not very safe and his family and my boyfriend asked me to live together. And I sent a lot of document sent from my university to my boyfriend address. I am planning to ask my boyfriend's mom to write a note that I was living with them and in loved with my boyfriend. I wonder living together is not very good? I think a lot of people live with their fiances before they marry.

i don't think there will be a problem with that, sunshine. it might actually work to your advantage. it's just further proof for uscis that your relationship is true. :D

I see 7 approvals dated Sept 19 in VJ timelines for petitions with May NOA1's.

These are the timeline names (members' names may be different): Simone & Cory, Mei Chen & Kevin, Olga & John, Olena & Paul, NeNe & Joe, Yumi & Joe, and Liberty & Michael.

7 approvals in one day is hard to believe but I get the feeling there might be more. Is anyone missing?

Sorry...I didn't know how. But I figured it out....just had to go to the home page...it is done!!! And I am very happy. BTW I think the call from the Congressman had something to do with my sudden approval. Good luck to you !!!

I got two touches after the RFE trick...one on the day of the call and the other 3 days later...others have had a similar experience. But after a call from my congressman I got approved without any additional touches...It feels great !!!

has anyone looked at their timeline today? Their adjudication date? :shocked:

Mine has been Sept. 24th for the last two weeks. I just looked... and.....

"Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated as early as November 16, 2007*. "

Eh. WHAT?????

Has someone been messing around with the timelines or something? I mean... WHAT THE HOLY FU DGE is THAT?????? :girlwerewolf2xn:

Congrats to all who all who recieved approvals in the last 24 hours!! I didn't look after I left work last night, so this was a nice surprise this morning! :dance::dance::dance: I looked online today...no approval...not touches :unsure: but still trying to remain postive that the time is getting closer.

Oct. 22, 2007 - NOA2 Hard Copy received!! No email/website update.

Jan. 28, 2008 - Interview!! Approved!!!

Feb. 12, 2008 - Arrives in USA!!!

Feb. 18, 2008 - Wedding Day!!!!!!

Now this is what I call exciting!!!!.....I see all the new approvals and I feel as if I just got mine for the 2nd time. Now we can move on to the next phase. Yeah, we will have to wait a bit for USCIS to send it to the NVC and then forward it to the Embassy, but at least there is progress. :thumbs::dance:

Actually I have the same feelings sorta, just that I am still waiting for my NOA2... but kinda feel that mine's coming since people very close to my NOA1 date have been approved by CSC. To feed the debate on the validity of touches, I called them on Monday (not the RFE trick, just to mention that I never received any NOA1...) but did not get any touch since. I want to believe that my case is close to being reviewed but I have no clue. I know I am not alone...

keeping the faith.

edit: and my VJ timeline got bumped by one day, now it looks like Sept25... But VJ is just messing with my head... I know it...
