okay i just called USCIS,

1. my case is still pending of courseeee

2. they told me that they heard NOTHING indicating that the 129Fs are being moved to Nebraska, and that the processing dates were just updated for Vermont.

Thanks for calling, that was a big help. I was just thinking about calling myself but had no idea how to go about it.

Recieved - NOA1 today May 25, 2007 Feel like we are getting somewhere now !

Check posted on May 25,07 same day I recieved NOA1

But with the way people are getting approvals right and left I think we should be coming up sometime within the next 30-60 days....I hope.

According to my timeline, our pettition should begin receiving some attention around mid August. So anything earlier will be considered a blessing. My expections are 180 days to Interview as long as there are no problems. I wish everyone the best of luck and a quick approval.

Hi: My packet was received at NSC on 5/25, NOA1 (CSC) - 6/11 -- had a touch on 6/13 (maybe sending hard copy). I haven't received the hard copy yet. It seems I've been reading some approvals coming in 70+ days. Mid-August would be SPECTACULAR. My fiance' calls me the patient one, but frankly I've been pretty depressed this week. We will all get there!!!

My wedding supposed to be on 1st of September ….my fiancée is in the Navy … and that is the only time he can have to get married .. Before he start his deployment …., I’m so stress it out… now .. we don’t know what to do … we thought VSC is the fastest ……. God help us all ….

Hi all, i'm new here. Just want to say i'm also a May filer. My K1 pettition was sent to TSC on the 23/04/07, CSC receive it on May 1 2007. We are yet to receive the NOA1. is any may filer having the same problem?

My situation is identical to your. I mailed overnight delivery on 4/23 and was told on 5/4 that my case was transferred to CSC with a receipt date of 5/1 but I have not received a NOA1 yet.. I'm not going to call anymore about it as I think the NOA2 is much more significant and as long as I know they received it, I'm fine.

Before i found vj i was really stressing, now i understand that the NOA2 is what we will use to file my AOS. And it's almost 60 days since we filed, so we should receive our NOA2 by the first week of August.... Hope i'm right. good luck to alll May filers .
