Hi there, 

 

I've sent my partner high resolution passport size images for the I-129F filing, however, the images are printing with slight pixelation. Is that gong to cause a huge issue? The image is not blurry and clear. Thanks!

03/23/18 - Sent I-129F Package 

03/26/18 - USCIS received package

03/29/18 - Notification of NOA1 (Text)

04/10/18 - Hard copy of NOA1 (around this date)

xx/xx/18 - RFE/NOA2

xx/xx/18 - Case at NVC/Case # Received

xx/xx/18 - Embassy Received Case

xx/xx/18 - Medical Appointment

xx/xx/18 - Interview Appointment

Use the governments passport photo tool in the right column of this page. Works well.

It creates a regular 4x6 size photo that prints white with two perfect 2x2 mug shots in the middle. She can print at a photo kiosk at the drug store or at home if she has photo paper.

Don't send photos with pixelation, you're just asking to get an RFE and drag out the process.

 

There are plenty of services where you can get a high quality photo taken in your country and delivered on photo paper to your fiancee.  Or have her get photo paper and send her a high quality image for her to print herself.
