I am the petitioner sponsoring my wife. My income last year was from Canada and the US. Part of it was from Canada and US. If I add up my income from both countries it meet the minimum income requirement and if I subtract the income from Canada it won't. Can I still file for form I-864 and include my 2017 tax return from Canada and the US in order to meet the income requirement. Also another question. My income in Canada from the prior years 2013-2016 doesn't meet the income requirement but in 2017 I made much more money. Is that ok?
