Going through all my N400 form  for Interview on Wednesday and noticed that I put that my current spouse has been married 0 times. I must have misread the question thinking it said how many times has your spouse been previously married. Clearly I should have put 1 as he’s married to me. Is this going to be a problem?  I’m not filing based on my marriage to him, but    Included his details as my spouse and uploaded my marriage certificate. I’m getting stressed.

Filing I 360 3rd Nov 2005

Prima facie determination received from Vermont 20th Nov 2005

Not a problem.  Just let the officer know at the interview.  Good luck!

7 days would be magnificent and I will be over the moon. I would predict that you will hear from USCIS next year, I am kidding  My prediction is that within two months you will get your interview notice. I would pray it happens earlier :)

Hahaha NEXT YEAR?!

Haha but yes, two months is my own prediction as well, based on other San Jose filers timelines. Now I can just sit back and wait for that notification or letter in the mail.

The good thing is, I am expecting a baby in early September so at least I know that my interview date won't be for around that time, or I would have been stressed in case I miss it from going into labour.

Not a problem at all as mentioned by @Mountain Climber  On the day of your interview the officer will ask you if you need to modify anything or the IO will go through your form. I made a mistake in my school year. The first thing I told the IO at the start of my interview that I put wrong school year and I want to correct it. The IO corrected it. Have a great interview. Best Wishes

Lollzzz next year was a joke and I would never want someone to wait for that long. I myself is very impatient and now I just want my approval so bad :clock: Congratulations for having a baby soon. Such a wonderful thing for the entire family. USCIS at least gives you 30 days before your interview or 40 days. I was given 40 days. You will have enough time to organize stuff before your interview. Regards

I used to get biweekly emails from uscis regarding status of my N400 application.  But haven't got these since mid July and when I try checking with Receipt number, I get this:

"At this time USCIS cannot provide you with information for your case. Please contact the USCIS Contact Center at 1-800-375-5283 for additional information."

Does any one else have this problem?  Any feedback or help is appreciated, thank you.

I got the standard biweekly email  today. - FYI

I have a random question: Does it mean anything if you have gotten the standard bi-weekly email but then you didn't get one that should have came in last week?

Yes, thankfully they give you ample time to reschedule. But I really don't want to have to reschedule and delay the process even further.

Unfortunately, I don't know.  Maybe you are just reading too much into it and trying to make some sense.  All I can tell you is, patience.......

Yeah, I hear you..I just hear that people systematically get these email every 2 weeks to the date...and I checked back and realized that I was also receiving them every 2 weeks to the date but not in the last 2 weeks...i was just curious if anyone shared that experience

Honestly, I know that I was getting those but didn't really keep track of the cadence as they mean nothing. The only ones I cared about were those saying "we have taken an action on your case" :)

I think misreceiving the biweekly notices doesn’t mean much; it’s a technical problem just like the one with egov.

But if that happens to me, it would make me concerned that I might fail to receive important notices as well, like an interview notice. I’m a negativo...  I can see myself checking my dhs account and calling the 1800 # with the automated message which gives you the most recent status of your case, once a day, everyday 😅

I made that same mistake, it's a stupidly worded question and when you look at instructions it talks about former spouse, etc, and putting them on the application.

I talked to a friend who's an immigration officer and he said it can be corrected during interview as it's a typo error / understanding of the question.
