Can someone please add me to the list? I don’t know how to do it. After my doing my finger prints yesterday, my online status shows estimated processing time as 20months. Is this processing time reasonable?

It is more likely 13-15 months with MSP unless something drastic changes in the interim.

I filed online 3/15 and I got my biometrics done 4/4 in St. Paul . I am hoping this will wrap up in about a year from now vs the estimated completion time we are given. 

 

I am a long time green card holder, never traveled outside of US, single, same job for 15 years, same address ...so I'm hoping my case might be somewhat faster. Haha...but I doubt it.

That’s a long wait though. I was hoping to get this over with within 6-7months. I have heard on here that online filing goes faster than mailing in your docs. Is that true? I am hoping it happens to me lol.

I have read on VJ  that online filing leads to faster processing of application. I file online too. Let’s hope that things move faster than expected.

There is no evidence that online filing leads to much faster processing at MSP yet. That could change. 

I think there was one case I saw go faster when online processing was very first introduced, but we should assume that was an outlier. 

 

A few years ago MSP was going at about 6-7 months from what I remember.

online filing only plays a part in the beginning as the centralized locations for processing have to scan and then maybe data entry certain items.  Then it gets sent to local office and it depends upon their processing time.  The mailing or online filing is irrelevant.  I mailed mine and have an IOE number just like people who filed online, so the local office wouldnt know the difference.  I just hope we all get processed quickly.

Received a letter today that they moved my wife's I751 case from CSC to NBC in Missouri. 

 

I would have thought that Cincinnati Local office would have been the more likely move given concurrent ROC and N400.
