Entire tax return or all pages of IRS tax transcripts for the past 3 years or 5 years depend on your eligibility

Oh no, i only uploaded the first front page of the taxes. Do you think I will have a problem or maybe I can bring it to the interview?

If something else is needed do they ask for more evidence before scheduling the interview or after?

hi everyone, I just joined the group from NYC and I'm a March filer. Not sure how to add myself in the list but here are my dates:

Application submitted: March 14

NOA: March 14

Biometrics scheduled: March 17

Fingerprinting: April 4

Current completion time is 9 months and estimated wait time seems to be 8 months. Does it really take that long put someone in line for interview?  What's so interesting is that I had been waiting for my I-751 to get approved for a year now, and as soon as I applied to N400, it got approved after a week. I wonder if it has to do with me starting my naturalization process...

From my understanding NYC filers tend to wait longer than usual since it's a busier area, but crossing my fingers that everything goes smoothly. Wishing the best of luck to everyone!

There is such a backlog now, I looked and saw that they are over 6K people in front of me in Las Vegas, hence why it seems to take so long, they can only do so many interviews in one day.  GC for work now need interviews as well and so this has taken the officers away from N400 interviews.

Again, please make sure to fill out ALL the fields that apply to you. It would really help me, and everyone else ;)

is there a reason why the google doc is now requiring approval for access? sort of defeats the purpose as how do you know that the email is coming from the VJ member?

Bring it to the interview if they ask you just to be on the safe side. Print out all pages of the tax return.

you dont actually need to upload your taxes, you just take them with you when you have the interview.  I used a lawyer who has done this many many times and so I would take what he says as truthful.  Dont panic, just have the transcripts for the interview and they may not even look at them, it all depends.

Some people asked how I got my interview so early. I have no clue to be honest. I did notice that I'm one of the few paper filers, maybe the Detroit field office isn't over burdened with N400 applications. Who knows the inner functioning of the system, all I know is, the squeaky wheel moves eventually, so hang in there.
