After completing N-400 biometrics, did you get an update regarding a file transfer to a different USCIS facility on your ROC case?

I just got a case update for my ROC case saying:

"We transferred your case to another USCIS office for processing. Read the notice we mailed you for an explanation on why we transferred your case."

I was wondering if this had something to do with them transferring an ROC file to the office where the N-400 was being processed. Has anyone else seen this?

Yes, I have known a couple of people who received this notice and when they received the letter it had gone to NBC. NBC are the ones who coordinate interviews.

They have filled in Interview letter receipt date, and the interview date. Oath ceremony date is blank. The formatting is a bit off and hence looks unaligned.

Miss you too!  I am on the cusp of Feb/March filers so I thought i would pop in or perhaps like @Name O Boy said I work for the USCIS and can't give all my attention to ROC feb filers, else wouldnt be doing my job properly!  ha ha ha!  No honestly I don't work for USCIS, if I did I would be going to my job each day disheartened to know that I was effecting too many peoples lives adversely!

Looking at your timeline on the spread sheet, you should be hearing about an interview shortly, however not sure about your local office processing times that can impact this.

I'd like to think things would go smoothly between biometrics and interview (and quickly too!). Any idea how long it generally takes between interview and oath ceremony? I know it can vary by field office. Is that usually the longest part of waiting (interview to oath ceremony)?

Alright, that sucks it's a long wait. It means your field office is backlogged with tons of applications on the officer's table every day

You got me, I retired early as I made so much money, got lots of bonus''s if I delayed the GC's applications, so I am now typing this as I sunbathe on my luxury yacht, sipping Pina Colada's!!  Oops no that can't be right I am not a citizen yet, it must have been a dream.

It is more that the office covers 3.5 states (MN, ND, SD, and part of WI) Other states have multiple offices. 

 

I don't know about the volume of cases they are receiving, Minneapolis and the states it covers does have a fairly large refugee population thanks to LSS.

Entire tax return or all pages of IRS tax transcripts for the past 3 years or 5 years depend on your eligibility
