You are right @DonaDony. There are Passport Agencies that cater for expedited services, and just like you said, with an appointment and a flight ticket showing your upcoming travel, they'll accommodate returning your certificate immediately, in case of same day travel or next day travel. I would advise you to inquire from the agency when making an appointment. Those who have to submit their original and wait for weeks are those who apply online or at the post office.

I’m still waiting for an interview date,

I’m getting a little anxious as I want to travel but don’t want to miss the date so it’s hard to plan anything. 

Anyone else still waiting? 

I’m in New York City, submitted online March 15.

I applied in March and I still have no updates I am also from NY

me and my brother had interview & application approved 3 wks ago. He got his oath ceremony in mail. I didn’t? Any suggestion why?

is there any other review process after I pass the exam and my status is oath ceremony will be scheduled?? I got married after filing n400 so at the interview I told the officer I’m not single anymore and gave him my wife details who is oversea. Are they doing any other review?? 

 

Me and my brother had interview same day, he got his oath ceremony letter, but not me.

My application has been approved following my interview yesterday, no just the long wait for the oath ceremony which could take up to 5 months here in San Antonio/Austin area

I just got a notification that my card was mailed does anyone know if I will actually receive my card since I've already did my N400 interview and I was scheduled for oath ceremony

Hi @Shanshanjamrock! If card has been mailed, you'll get it, but will turn around and submit it at your Oath Ceremony. I received my card a week before the interview and submitted three week later. Congratulations on your upcoming Oath!
