Thank you for the info. I logged in and got it.😀

 

They didn't. They only asked for the following: the USCIS letter about the one year extension of temp. immigration status, an ID and my passport. I showed my NJ DMV and they didn't ask for the green card. My passport was also in my maiden name but they didn't ask for my marriage certificate either. Aside from these things, I also brought but didn't have to show my ASC biometrics papers from last yr for the ROC application and the letter from NJ DMV.

Done with the interview appointments. First was the joint i751 interview got approved immediately then I left room and my husband had the N400 interview! Both went amazing!!

How neat is that! I so wish I could hold on to this card too when I go in for my stamping. This card  is a significant represantation of all the stress and struggles in this immigration journey😑🐢

It is! Hope you get to keep it too. Try giving your driver's license first when they ask for an ID. Good luck! I just need to go to DMV and do the N-400 biometrics next month (still waiting for the mailed NOA-1 but I'm hopeful they set me for next month) and then I can take a break from all these until it's game time for the tests and interview. :D

Thank you, I will try that😀. Yes a biometrics appointment soon would be awesome! How fast is the average procesing time for Newark?

You can get tax transcripts from the IRS. I was able to get mine online once they confirmed my identity after I registered. If they can't, you can get them by post. This is the website https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript The 1040 is a copy of what you filed, but the transcripts prove that you did indeed file, like a receipt. Since I filed as a 5 year LPR, I have to get 5 years worth. If you only need 3 years that should be fine. I had to get 2 years of Tax Account Receipts as well for 2013 and 2014 which is another kind of proof. Hope this helps xx

Prima facie determination received from Vermont 20th Nov 2005

DIVORCED JANUARY 25th 2006

EAD applied for again (jeez I need to work ) 28th Feb 2006

Removal hearing July 12th 2006

RFE's received for I360 and EAD 13th October 2006

NOID received March 2007

EAD denied March 2007

Back to Immigration Court April 18th 2007

NOID request for evidence received USCIS 3rd May 2007

I 360 touched May 31st 2007

I 360 actually approved May 30th 2007

EAD filed June 23rd 2007

I 485 filed July 24th 2007

NOA1 for I 485 August 1st 2007

EAD approved August 6th 2007

Medical with CS August 28th 2007

Biometrics August 24th 2007

Paperwork sent to Immigration Judge to finally terminate removal proceedings September 10th 2007

 

GREEN CARD FINALLY APPROVED AFTER 4 YEARS September 9th 2008 :D

 

N-400 Filed online 03/04/2018

NOA online 03/05/2018- projected Citizenship completion date December 2018

Hi , where does I can see my NOA ?  Is it like a proper dicument coming into our Online Inbox? 

Or is it the same as is shown in our Case summary.

I submitted yeaterday and Estimated wait time for biometric is 29 days and Estimated complete time of process is showing July2019 (16 months) :( :(

I never knew things will slow down so much in just a month :(

Hi,

You can see that in your case history.  It says that "We received your application." Your NOA date is generally you submitted your completed application form. It takes around 24-48 hours for your case history to be updated. You can see your NOA in the documents tab. Again 24-48 hours needed for the document to appear in your documents section.

The processing time is not accurate. It keeps changing throughout the course of the N400 journey. So do not worry about the wait. Most probably it will be much faster than what it shows now.

Hey thank you for the brief explanation.

You are awesome . I pray for you and other people who are hwlping by explaning things because ur and other people explanation/help is helping so many people like me. It means alot this forum so good.

One more thing do you recommend that after i get my transcripts. I should upload online or wait for interview time and provide them than?

 

Second thing as i have submitted my application online how can we search case time line for that amd what field office/ texas  are those cases are processed.
