G-325A

I have a question on the G-325A. (I have filled out this form about 5 different times and still come up with questions ).

On the employment, my fiance currently works two jobs. The second job I just from (10/2005) to Present (this is filled in under the month under the 'To' column). Is that ok?

Also, for a short time he was unemployed due to a medical condition. I should put that in there right instead of having a gap between jobs. I didn't put that he had a medical condition. I just put unemployed from and to dates. Is that right?

1. Sounds good to me.. I would possibly make note of it being a second job so as they dont just summize that you have filled it incorrectly.

2. I had gaps in employment where I put unemployed when I was on home duties. The important thing is not to have any gaps in that 5 year time frame.

my answer was ten feet long for that one, since I had a lot of short term or seasonal contracts, and at one point I was unemployed and on sick benefits, so I put it all in there. Like Aussie said, jsut make sure there are no gaps.
