Hi Friends,

I think I am in Truble, Just want to confrim from you all.

what is Citation ??

Actually I never got arrested all I have since 2008 one ticket of Making a right turn from secong lane, but judge said if in 6 months I didn't get any other ticket and its not going to be on my record and I just paid fine and thats it.

2. One time Cop gave me a ticket on dropping passenger on bridge (pasenger was in hurry n he pulled the knobs of the door and I was standing at the red light, After red light like 20 feets away was train station), I paid the ticket and my taxi licence got renewed every year but on 4th year after the ticket  when I went to renew my taxi licence they said that i have a ticket due that needs to pay, I went to the city office and even with infront of the judge they told me to pay 1600  $ (I believe Maximum fine) And later on they told me ok.. lets go with 1300 $. abd I paid the fine.

So I didn't include all this in mycitizenship file ?? Is all this comes under Citation ??

Should I need to explain to IO whoever is going to interview me ??

Any help much appreciated.

Thanks

Yes, they fall under citation. The second one, espicially with $1300 fee, should have been included.

Anyway, it’s better if you have some sort of documentation of those so that you can clear that up during the interview.

I would bring the information, but I thought the focus was on arrests.  They may want to check that all has been taken care of, but for the purposes of what they are looking for, ten year old traffic violations shouldn't  cause concerns.
