Embassy sent me another enail

Hi Guys! I was asked to submit the evidence of on going relationship which i did. Afterwards embassy sent me another email : 

they are like to proceed with your immigrant visa application we need new medical because the old one is expired new 6 photos  they also need recent tax return from joint sponsor and they are like your ds260 is expiring . Please complete it again. I was in AP for almost 11.5 months. They also needed updated police certificates. They said when you have all documents make an appointment for interview. 

Please let me know is it a good sign?? ?

You need to do what they ask or you won’t get anything at all. It’s really unfortunate that you were in AP for so long. I’m so sorry. But get everything on that email list done and send it to them ASAP.

yes asking you to do these is a good sign  / shows their investigation is over and you need updated info for the new interview

BTW they didn't say but do a new criminal report too as most of those expires / don't wait for them to say you need to produce this and are in AP again

wow its great hopefully they will issued ur visa soon. do asap as they said. can u please tell us what documents u hv send as proof of ongoing marriage n how u send it thanks.

i am trying my best at my end to do it asap. 

Do you know why they ask for second interview ? Do you think if one years already passed for the first interview in this case they need for the second interview ?

Hope so IA everything will go well. I am trying my best at my end to get documents asap. I sent them photos of me n my wife which time we spent together we didn’t sent with i130 form. I sent them-couple of snap shot for daily  call log records  i also them payment proof which we transfered to each other bank account. I also gave them dhl receipt which i used to send gift to my wife n daughter . I also attached my daughter birth certificate passport id card etc whatever i had i sent them everything via email.After getting my evidence they responded me with in fours hours for requested new medical police report etc.... 

i feel like they already made a decision on my immigrant visa case. Otherwise they never ask for new stuff ?On 20th july 2018, two years will be complete for our marriage so will i get six months visa right? Do i have an option to travel after 20h of July because then i will get ten years green card right?

yes its very good sign Insha Allah they will issued yr visa soon as u complete it.. Almost in every case in which they asked for new medical it means that they gonna issue visa so be positive n do yr best in the rest of yr process good luck..

yes,  they do reinterview as that is what 2 members here have gone thru
