So we try to choose the state and it only give us the option for US. The form is supposed to be printed out and filled?

The I864EZ is a tax document that the US citizen completes.  Only your husband completes this from. Your responsibility is to get this and include it in your visa packet of information you send to the NVC.   He is providing evidence that he can financially support you when you arrive in the US. The is the only part of the visa documents that is his responsibility.   He can use the EZ form if he is employed by a company that give paychecks and a W2.  IF your husband is self-employed, he needs to complete the longer form, I864.  In both cases, he will also send a transcript of the most recent tax filing, 2016?  2017 complete yet?  and a copy of his W2 form for that year.  You can get your tax transcript on-line from the IRS, no charge for that.

My "EZ" form (included in my huband's visa packet) was rejected and NVC requested I complete the longer form because I am self-employed.  They accepted the revision.  Omar's interview is 3/15.  (so you know where I'm coming from....)

Hey guys, my husband (sponsor) is an active duty military and he is trying to understand better the I-864EZ. They ask to provide an "written or printed explanation" why he is living abroad temporarily. So he is living in Germany because he is in the U.S. Army.  The thing is we only got a copy from his orders to prove he is in Germany temporarily. Is that enough? Please! Help us!

Unless the US Citizen is living in the USA, you are going to have a problem.  Please provide more details of your circumstances and details of where on the form you are having a problem and why.  Unless the US Citizen is employed in the US currently and made enough money last year to qualify on their own as sponsor, then the I-864EZ is the wrong form.

Hello pushbrk! Thank you very much for answer. Well, my husband is an active duty in the U.S. Army and he is stationed in Germany. He makes over $40,000 since 2013 so he makes enough money. Also, I'm the only one in the form I-130 being sponsored. So we read in the NVC page and the right form is the I-864EZ. What we did is we did in the computer all what we could and only in the part of "mailing address of the immigrant" he wrote the state and zip code. Also on the part that asks for contact information of the immigrant and sponsor, he wrote the telephones. Is that ok?

Sure. It's OK to write on the form.  The State selector is tied to US addresses.  For foreign addresses, you type the state or province in the field provided.
