Come join the SF thread if you haven't already!  BTW I did get that update yesterday too. only my lord knows what that means :D

It means very little in my opinion. Every 751 applicants seems to have gotten the identical updates lately, approved or pending. I got approved and got the approval notice the mail, but I am still getting updates like most of us.

I think everyone with pending I751 and N400 gets those updates. Your N400 is still technically pending too!

Except my 751 was approved. And I got an oath ceremony scheduled which I will 99 percent lose my eligibility at the ceremony due to the passing of my husband by law. INA319 section A(He passed 3 days after the 400 interview) They might be withholding my green card production until I lose my eligibility at the oath which is about 2 weeks away. Very frustrating. I just want my green card and re apply for N400 next August. Instead I have to go to the oath ceremony and be rejected there due to USCIS' incompetence. Their right hand does not know what the left hand is doing.

I just got an update 2 days ago, first time ever after I filed I-751 saying that “my case was transferred and a new office has jurisdiction” is that what you got too? I guess all of us who has I-751 pending with N400 got this update and I think the letter will come in mail soon too. Thank you for letting me know about the SF N400 filers, I actually follow that one too just never added my name on the list. Btw I think your timeline is similar to mine. Both of us are SF field office with I-751 pending and I was in line for interview since October 2017 too! Hopefully our interview are going to be scheduled soon:)

I do understand your frustration. This whole process is way too complicated and  is taking forever! At least your I-751 is approved! I hope your green card will come in mail soon or they might approve your citizenship instead!!^_^

Thanks for your encouragement. Yes, at least I will have my green card if I am in fact lose my eligibility on the 23rd of this month. I wish all this mess would be over soon.

I got the same update two days on a row! Are you a SF paper filer?or online?   you and @Waiting 2016 should add your timeline to SF filers. SF is very backed up and I have no idea how many more months I'll be waiting for interview notice.
I was reading in a different thread that someone received the same update and when he got the letter, it was actually an interview notice for his N400 + I751. I'm 100% sure it's not the case for me due to the SF field office being crazy busy.

I am a paper filer. Yeah...I think I should add my timeline to SF filers too, waiting2016 didn’t file for N400 though. I know SF office is very backed up but from what I read from SF filers thread, I think they are doing July filers rigth now so we might hear from them soon...hopefully! Keep us posted! I’ll

let you know if I get the interview notice:)

My I-751 case was approved as of May 10, and I received the hard copy yesterday.

Apparently, they are going to send me a new 10 year green card. I already did the N-400 interview and I am waiting for my oath ceremony date.

Honestly, I do not understand. I thought I was never going to have a new green card since I am almost done with the citizenship process....

Congrats! That’s weird though. I thought Those who have I-751 pending with N400 interview would never get 10 years green card and go straight to Oath Ceremony but anyway at least you know your I-751 is approved!:)
