Looks like a green card? But you have not been approved yet, right?

I checked my case status by entering my receipt number rather than my case number, it says my name was updated on 4/26/2018. My case has been pending for almost 21 months, my husband passed 3 days after the 400 interview which complicated the process. I submitted the death certificate 17 days ago to petition to covert my 751 to an individual waiver application, and the supervisor said i would get decision on 751 soon. My 400 is expected to be rejected due to the death of my husband.  Anyone has gotten this update? I never changed my name. What does that mean? Approval coming? I hope so. Please share, thanks.

Hopefully I hear the good news from you soon😊

Oh sorry😅 I didn’t read the next page!! Haha....Congrats Zombie!!!! I’m so HAPPY for you!! Yayyyy🎉🎉🎉

Thank you so much. They also scheduled my oath, but my husband passed away 3 days after the 400 interview, so I need to talk to USCIS again and making sure they didn't make a mistake because my 400 is supposed to be rejected due to the passing of my husband, I need to protect myself so I won't be at risk of being de-naturalized. I expect to be rejected and I will re apply for 400 next August. However,  I am waiting for my green card to come in the mail. Good luck to you too.

I really do hope they purposely scheduled the oath ceremony for you, because I personally think you should be eligible for Citizenship since your husband was alive when you had the interview. But like you said, 400 could be rejected due to the passing of your husband so it’s hard to say. I just wish you the best and hope miracles happen. I hope they understand your situation and approve your citizenship too! At least your green card is on its way to your house!😊
