@NateAndJessica....I'm not sure if it was just me or everyone else again, but I got that same USCIS case status changed error a few moments ago, which warranted me to call USCIS to check what I already knew which was no my case is still pending. However, the tier 1 rep told me that because tier 2 isn't talking calls at this time, she gave me CSC email address and told me to email them directly. Not sure if this will matter or if it goes to an "actual person" but I here's what she gave me:

 csc-ncsc-followup@uscis.dhs.gov

she said to put the following:

Full Name of petitioner

Full Name of beneficiary

WAC# and Form: I-129F (put this in the subject field)

I'm gonna give it a try. Not really gonna get my hopes up but I figured I would share. 3 days away from being 10 months of waiting so we'll see if this actually helps.

@Trinab80. Yeah ive been emailing that address a lot. Its officially only for when an inquiry was never responded to and its been over 30 days since the inquiry was sent. 2 standard form options on what you will receive back, 1 they will get huffy and say the email is only for when an inquiry response was never received, or 2 they will be in a good mood and say your case is currently being worked on and they cant give any info on when it may complete. That said it really feels good to know someone in the CSC at least had to read your email and who knows maybe behind the scenes it could spur action. But yeah def don't get your hopes up your not going to get any helpful response from that address. The fantastic part they respond very quickly almost always within 2 days

I figured that it would be a waste of time. I guess whenever God is ready for us to move on in this process it will be on His terms. Because I've literally exhausted every option and still come up with nothing.

In 2 days it will make 300 days which is 10 months of waiting for NOA2 or RFE. I should have followed my gut in September 2016 after he proposed to me and married him in Jamaica like we originally wanted to do on our 1 year anniversary in March 2017. At least I would have had my destination wedding and would be saving a lot more money down the road. Just to think that we still have to pay for the AOS whenever he gets here when if we would've done the spouse visa we would get everything upfront and wouldn't have to deal with these jerks until the 2 year removing conditions.

Should of, would of, could of aren't gonna help me with this emotional rollercoaster USCIS has us on!

I hear ya. We are full of woulda shouldas as well. Its truly been an awful experience 4 days from 300 as well right behind you. I think we will get there though, there does not seem to be an increase in denials even after extreme waits. They just test some peoples resolve... I think they chose poorly if they think were weak applicants who would wash out.

Makes sense what you just said. My mom always says it's always easy and quick to say no than it is to say yes. So I guess no quick news is a good thing.

So we'll see what happens.
