And I just received my email, text and the USCIS app has FINALLY updated saying CASE APPROVED!!!!    So, it's official guys!!!

Visa package was delivered to DHL in Montego Bay this morning at 9:02am and Reni has picked up his package!!!!!!! :D

 

Thank you to everyone and I mean EVERYONE for your support, words of encouragement, positivity and being our cheering squad!!!!!! Next up is POE next Wednesday, and I can tell you one thing...waiting these next 6 days is gonna be a cake walk after waiting a year and a month since the beginning of our K1 journey!!!

No, first photo for us is POE - I'm gonna make sure I catch his face as he's walking over to me....lol!!!

 

2nd photo - will be the wedding. We're gonna have a quick, intimate marriage ceremony hopefully July 15th just so we can get a start on his AOS asap. The "wedding" is scheduled for Sept. 2nd, tentatively.

First photo POE..?  Yes, even better!  Girl, lemme tell ya....if you post that photo in here, there won't be a dry eye in the house! :P

 

July 15th is only a month away, it will fly by!  Can't wait for both those milestones on your behalf.  After a bunch of unforeseen delays, Me and the Mr. finally tied the knot yesterday ourselves, and just starting to relax a bit.

 

What a crazy ride.  Tonight, there'll be a glass raised to you and everyone else who, just like us, have waited and stressed and gone 'round the bend and back again on this long, hard road we've all travelled.

Hi Fellow May Filers,

  I know many of you have already made it through the process, but I wanted to announce that my fiancé finally made to me on Saturday through San Francisco.  It seems so surreal and I'm on cloud 9 now that he's here.

 

When we filed the paperwork last May, I just knew we would have been married by now.  But everything in God's perfect timing.

 

Next up:  Our Wedding on August 4th and AOS by the end of August.

 

Hopefully I'll meet some of you all in the next forum.

I have it in my hands guys!! The package from the embassy!! THIS NIGHTMARE IS OFICIALLY OVER!!! Can’t believe it. I hope you all have happy marriages after all this. 

 

POE planned for second week of August, and Wedding in October, probably. :)

10/27/2017 NOA2 (Notice Date in the hardcopy)

10/30/2017 NOA2 on USCISAPP/E-mail

12/08/2017 - Reached 6 weeks without any notice from NVC. Time to send the NOA2 copy to NVC and figure out what's going on.

12/18/2017 - NVC receives our case and assigns a number

12/21/2017 - Case headed to Spain Embassy in Madrid

01/02/2018 -  Spain Embassy received our 129f packet

01/08/2018 - Packet READY at Embassy - Received Packet 3

05/18/2018 - 4 months waiting to collect all documents... and then, documents sent to the Embassy.

05/30/2018 - Packet 4 received and interview scheduled.

06/13/2018 - Interview at the Embassy // Approved!
06/19/2018 - Visa Received :)
08/10/2018 - POE Chicago

10/16/2018 - Wedding
