Status changed several times back and forth from admin processing to ready the last few days .

 

Just now it changed to Issued !

Hello guys. I don't know what to feel right now.

 

I had my interview last May 8 and it went fine. Just the usual questions, they asked me about how we met, his age and his birthday and if we've traveled together. It was very quick.

 

Then my case went to "Administrative Processing". So I asked them if they need anything from me, this was their response:

 

"Dear Madam:

 

At this time nothing is needed from you.

We will contact you if we need anything in your case.

 

Thank you."

 

It's been a week since my interview, and still no update. So I e-mailed them again asking if there's a problem with our case and what "Administrative Processing" means. This was their response:

 

"Dear Madam:

 

It is just under administrative processing , no other details.

Once your case is finished we will contact you.

 

Thank you."

 

I check the CEAC website everyday and the last time they updated my case was May 9. Sigh. All this waiting is making me overthink. I'm seriously worried. :(

They are doing further investigation...wait and be patient

We just went thru the same thing, and status changed to issued after 4 weeks. Be patient , your time is coming !

Hi everyone, I had to take some time off VJ due to my level of stress. I am picking up my passport this Friday and travelling to the US that same day, boy this has been one hell of a journey and I've spent SO MUCH MONEY visiting my fiance. I do hope everyone still waiting gets through and that this is like they say when a woman has a baby, she forgets all about the bad prenancy stuff and just enjoys the baby, in our case, our long awaited marriage.

Sending love and patience and money cause we need it at this point xxx

Mine said application received and two days later visa issued, so good luck! And of course, another few days to be able to pick up the passport..

I was just about to ask yo if you had gotten your Visa yet! Congratulations! My fiance arrives on the 25th!
