Got an interview date finally and its not until the end of May pretty frustrating considering how long a wait this whole process has been.

Well that stinks. I'm glad I came over here to visit fiancee. I'm going to hate to leave on the 8th, but have to get back to work and reality. Why couldn't I have been born a millionaire? Keep positive even though it's hard!

The fiance POE'd yesterday...customs in Boston went amazingly well. None of it feels real yet. I still lurk on here and am saying prayers for everyone still waiting. There is light at the end of this tunnel. Or my favorite Katy Perry lyric "After a hurricane comes a rainbow."  See yall in the AOS chatrooms!

Yeah my finacee coming next week

. Today congressbucket head reply regarding my case and uscis told him that my background check is pending and dont know exactly when it will be done.. and then they can make a decision.....f. ing checks..😑😑😣now i have to wait for 17 may for next inquiry again... hell

That sucks about the same old responses they give, but at least you have something to look forward to with seeing your fiancee.

Yes they gave the congressman the same info they gave me already lol and congressman told me they cant do anything lol but to wait 45 days hahaha

Hey guys just popping in to let my juliees (my true family here) know that we just had our interview and we're approved!! Embassy was Bucharest,  I'll be writing a review over the weekend. Happy journey to all still in it. I wish you all only the best.

How did you know that it is now in transit? I couldnt check ours if its already in transit. Im worried because I have requested transfer and also sent the documents needed but haven’t received any update yet since then. Did they recieve yours at the right consulate already?

Hey guys! Attempted to pay the interview fee with a Visa debit card, and a message popped up saying that there was an error processing my payment, but not to attempt paying it again.

How long do I wait before trying to pay again but with a credit card this time? The money is still in my account...

FINALLY APPROVED!!!! 9 months to the day. My fiancé is sleeping as he is in the UK. I can’t wait to tell him. 😭😭😭😭😭...

Now you case will go to the NVC in NH.  After about 2 weeks, you can start calling them and ask for your NVC case number.  Once you get that number, you can track your case on the CEAC website.

Applied July, 31st. 
I see a lot of you have only a few days from NVC received to NVC Case No. It's been 3 weeks since they've got my file, but they keep saying case# is not assigned yet. Anyone has the same experience here?
