That is so sad and frustrated at the same time... I know it will not take your frustration away but at the end they have to answer to you... The closer it gets the harder it feels... Keep your faith strong...

It's funny but I still check my uscis tracker (app) almost everyday...Even though we are already approved... Everytime that I see that some people are still waiting and I get mad... It's not fair... Powerless...

Be strong you guys gonna get there...🙏

Thank you!! We tried to be patience, but sometimes is hard been away and more when we saw people that received the approval when they are after us. Even when we applied an inquiry month ago, he called to the Uscis... let see if tomorrow he can talk with the senator or the congressman.

thank you for your support!! 🤗

My fiance had her interview today in Greece, and she is very upset about it.  The CO completed the interview by just saying that she could leave, and they would review all of the documentation again, and they would let us know what they decide.  They did keep her passport, which I hope is a good sign.  The Ceac website still shows the case as "Ready".

The embassy in Greece doesn't handle very many K1 visas (hers was the only one today), so maybe they are not as polished with the procedures.  The interview lasted almost 30 minutes, and they grilled her on just about everything.  They wanted to know if she had met my children and parents (she had).  They also wanted to know if she had met my ex-wife (she had), although I'm not sure why they needed or wanted to know that.  They asked why I (the USC) had been divorced for so long.  And so forth.

I'm sorry it was a bad experience and she didn't get to leave with an official "approved" stamp... but from everything I have seen here the fact that they kept her passport is a good sign. I would tend to agree with you about the idea that they don't do them alot and therefore this is the way it turned out for your fiancé. Its also very weird to me that they wanted to know why you had been divorced for so long?? what would that prove to them? if anything, the red flags are usually if there was less time in between a divorce and a k1 petition... just weird. Well anyways, best of luck and everything will turn out fine!! She will be with you so very soon!!
