Hey to everyone. Thanks for the kind thoughts! Yes, I am here in the Philippines and enjoying being away from all the stress of the Visa and Job. Being together with my fiancee I could wait two more years , but when I go back home two minutes would be too long. he he. I will be here for another two weeks or April 8th is when I leave, and actually when I get back to the states..Going back home from here is always nice because I only lose an hour of my day even after I traveled for almost 20+ hours. :D

We are enjoying the time spent together and I'm glad I made this trip! Hard for me to get used to the big change in temperature though. I went from heavy jacket to shorts and a t-shirt or 32F/0c to 91F/32.7c. It's going to suck going back to the cold after being here.

Different for me also. It now says 26th instead of the 24th. Oh well, it's not like two days will make a difference. Other than that it still says received and this new site does Not show that I filed an inquiry almost 45 days ago. Basically nothing has changed for me no matter which site.

Congrats to all who got their NOA2 this past week and I'm super happy to read that  @Trinab80 from May filiers finally got their NOA2 after a grueling 301 day wait!  It makes my 244 day wait, so far, seem short in comparison. Maybe I can beat her and go for 302 or higher. he he :jest:

I also want to give a special shout out and a super big THANKS to @John & Rose for letting me park at his place and dropping me at the airport, oh yeh and the couple beers we shared!

We will have more beer once our much better halves are here!

PHILIPPINES ONLY!!!  CFO (Commission on Filipinos Overseas) INFO - Can't leave home without it!

Our approved k1 was sent to the wrong US consulate. It was suppose to be in London but was sent in Montreal. I have requested a case transfer, I emailed London consulate. But my question is, how long would it take for the transfer to reach in London? Anyone know the process? How long?

Honestly I couldn't tell you for sure exactly how long it takes to day makes three weeks that we've been waiting since we put in the transfer the embassy that we are requesting four have sent a request to get it transferred as well as I have two separate occasions and it has been in transit since March 12th I know a lot of people has waited for months some people have waited 2 months and I've seen two or three people that waited 3 weeks and only one person that waited 1 week it's three weeks for us and I pray that it don't take longer than that because I'm going crazy I will keep everyone updated just in case become a problem for others however email that you would like to get your case spent 2 and have them requested and also call the other Embassy where you wanted to leave from and request that they transfer it and they're going to stay just the weight and that's all we can do

I'm praying for us all

Does anyone know if https://ceac.state.gov/ceacstattracker/status.aspx website was updated recently?

Because I have been checking it often and it is different from yesterday to today, meaning the way it loads(not a big deal), and mainly the case created and updated date has been changed to today???. Did anyone else notice this type of change?

I just checked and shows our case created yesterday (which it probably was as interview was Friday) and case last updated today, which makes sense.  Yesterday it showed us as AP and today Issued :)

It does seem to have a slow loading time though.

The case created date should be the date on which either NVC received or case number was assigned.

Anyway congrats to you.

Hello everyone!

I am an August Filer and I had a question about one particular step.  It was recommended I reach out to folks that are ahead of us in line as you may have already dealt with this issue. I was on the embassy website looking at the instructions and forms to fill out once our petition reaches the embassy. It states that my fiance has to "obtain police certificates from all places he has lived since the age of 16". My questions are the following:

1) Does this just involve going to the police station and asking for proof that he has not been involved with any crime?

2) Has anyone completed this step or is anyone familiar with the process.

My fiance lives in Mexico. Any help or clarification on this step would be great!

Many many thanks :)
