Hey guys.

Im still waiting for the letter from uscis about my aproval, it hasnt been updatet on the website yet but my fiance called them and they sayd its aproved.

My question is, we are a bit confused as to what to do next. They send the case now to nvc correct? So we have to wait on nvc about the number so i can book my interview + medical. And get all papers ready for that. Is there anything alse i should know about the nvc and about what to do next ?

Yes. USCIS send your case to NVC. We suggest you begin to call NVC after 2 weeks from your approval date. Follow the instructions here:  https://sites.google.com/view/post-noa2/home

After that, the timeline changes for how soon your case gets to your embassy and how soon you get to your interview.
As far as documents, check your embassy forum here on VJ if there is one, to see what others are doing. Sometimes, some embassies e-mail you the documents you need.

Good luck!

Yep complete B.S. If they can't find anything wrong in 2-3 months on a background check they sure aren't going to find anything by waiting another 6-8 months. No excuse what-so-ever for making petitioners wait 8-12 months or longer between NOA1 and NOA2.

It seems too me they pick out a few from each month and make them wait and wait........... All you can do is hope/pray, whatever that you are not the one getting targeted.
