I think this thread got quiet faster because our wait times weren't as long as June. I don't know about anyone else but I felt awkward posting here after I got my noa2 because of the people still waiting, I felt bad moving on when there were people waiting longer than me so I switched over to a noa2 thread.

Finally!!  Day 230 something and we got an rfe notification via app.  Never thought I would be so excited about an rfe but I’m staying positive and happy my file was finally touched. Praying for the rest of June and July to get something soon as well!

Seriously though, I don't think you have any reason to feel bad for posting about your approval or anything else, but I understand how you feel.

It seems so arbitrary who gets approved early and who gets approved later.  We got our NOA2 after 190 days (1/31), and yet others are well over 230 days with nothing.  I hope that everyone will get their approval soon.  I still get excited with each person's announcement of their approval.

 

Hopefully, we will be submitting our packet 3 on Friday, and maybe we will receive packet 4 next week.  She cannot schedule medical or interview until she receives packet 4.

Filers who will going to have medical in SLEC Manila it is really nice to go there Wednesday or Thursday it is not crowded and be early so that you will finish early too  for second day be early as well even they said be there at 9am   immunization room open at  6am

Initial is something that should have been sent with your petition and you left out.

Additional evidence USCIS asks for more, or extra evidence because they can't make a decision based on the evidence you sent.

True. Hope yours gets touched soon too fellow 24ther. It literally took an act of Congress for them to touch mine.

I send in/faxed an inquiry form to my area US Senators office on Feb. 28.  On March 05 I had a call from the office that my case is assigned to an adjudicator and I should hear something in a weeks time frame.  Today I called the senators office and the person assigned to my case will call CSC again and update me this afternoon.  Lets see how this goes.
