@John & Rose your not addressing what I said. Its freaking me out a little because I have an arrest. The charges were dismissed and I never had to go to court, I didn't disclose that arrest. Below you will see my form as it was 1 year ago. Clearly asking only about convictions. You cant appeal a CO decision but you absolutely can appeal based on a mistake in reason for denial based on technical rule mistake. If you filled out the same form as me I don't understand why your rolling over... Did you actually technically have a conviction that was expunged? Otherwise just an arrest they absolutely didn't ask about back then as the I129f form interestingly does now.

Look at question 4.a.  That is where they got me.  Basically it asks if you have ever been arrested for breaking ANY law or ordinance.  If I put yes I would be fine.  I wouldn't even need paperwork.

It is question 4.a.  If I answered yes, we would have been approved.  This doesn't even require court paperwork.

As John knows I had something as well which was expunged and I completely forgot about it since it was both long ago and also expunged/removed from my record. I remembered it some point after I filed my I-129 and was a bit concerned I did not include it.

Turned out to be no issue for me, I believe it may depend on the type of act committed. Mine was rather minor

Note: I did not answer yes to 4A and maybe was lucky to have no issue.

Also wanted to add I asked the female officer on a date when she was cuffing me. Didn't work out to well and I don't recommend anyone doing that.

Wow.  You snuck through on the old form!  I think it changed in April or May of 2017.  We had a lot of June filers rejected for the wrong form.  My screenshot was from June 2017 on the new form.

Nah.  That is usually caught at the drop box.  You made it under the radar.  It shouldn't impact you now.  The info is basically the same but they eliminated the 325 form and incorporated that right into the petition.

I am preparing my new I-129f and there is a question about filing for any other fiancee.  I have never filed for any other fiancee but I did file for Rose before.  Would you answer yes or no?

No legal answer here, just my own opinion. But I would answer yes and explain on the last page.

I am erring on the side of more information is better.  I have answered yes and I added an explanation in Section 8.

Does her A-# stay the same forever?  She got one when we got NOA2.

I'm not sure, but I bet they can find her information easily with her A-number. For full disclosure I'd add it.
