This is bad and very discouraging for you and most of us. I believe their must be a glitch somewhere somehow. We have come a long way to get this sort of news. Let's hope it is a mistake and it will be rectified soon. Stay strong!!

Well, I feel much better today.  After searching all night and getting some information from friends here I found out that they don't do "Approved Pending Docs", they do "Denied Pending Docs" I think so that if the docs never show up, the status is denied.

 

So there is a possibility that it only shows refused because they haven't reviewed the NBI AKA yet.  I assumed it would stay at AP but I guess this makes sense too.

 

I will sit back and try to relax...

Reading your first post about Rose’s possible denial honestly made my heart sink.  Although I’m not as active as others on this forum, I have been following your case and progress for some time now.  I know you guys have been through so much already and through it all you have been so patient, optimistic, and even helpful to others during your overly long wait.  I am glad to see that this could very well be a false alarm and I’ll be praying for you, Rose, and the kids.  Stay strong @John & Rose, stay positive, and I’m sure this will all work out in the end!

OMG!!!  I was gutted to hear they refused you...but I do feel more hopeful now that it might be a false alarm.

Rose just got the 2GO notice to pick up the passports.  Looks like we were denied.  There has been no explanation so far.

I never had a doubt this was fixable. After reading your post I went and did some research and found out this is just their stupid formalities. I know you will be approved soon and will be able to bring your family over once this is all squared out. I have been at other forums and I have not found the quality of kinsmaship we have in the June filers forum. I’m  forever grateful I met (although not physically) such a crowd. You each have a place in my heart! And your triumph is mine... I love you all with all my heart and wish all the ones still behind a prompt NOA2. I don’t know what I would have done without posting and reading each and everyone of your posts during this emotional rollercoaster process. Our interview is scheduled for May 9th and Atti already had his physical. We are getting all our paperwork ready but as you well know, our “ready” might not be their “ready”. Let’s pray for each and everyone of us in this process please.

The CO's decision is final.  There is no appeal.  We need to do a FOIA to get the CO's comments.
