Call NVC 2 weeks after your NOA2 approval date. It took us 16 days to get the NVC case# or MCN. Your fiance can call them too. The process goes pretty quick after NOA2, for PH beneficiaries.

Once they ask you for birthday and names it means they have a case number for you!

Sent an oversized, heavy suitcase on Thursday (arriving at his today), did my last shift yesterday, staying with friends on the coast this weekend, picking up my passport and visa on Monday, visiting people all over next week, belongings being picked up on Thursday, gotta have a hair colouring session, get my nails did, go see my wax lady for the last time, Ed (my cat) gets picked up a week on Monday, I fly in 10 days. One last roadtrip with my sister. 😢

Oh. Meh. GERD!

 

It's been SO emotional so far. Bittersweet.

Guys, waterproof eyeliner and mascara is an amazing investment. 😂👍

 

To those still waiting, make the most of your friends and family on home soil. This has to be one of the hardest things I have ever done.

I'm off now to hang with my best friends. Planning to spend the afternoon in the sunshine in a beer garden... Enjoying the 78° weather. 

Hey, Americaland... You still stuck in winter over there? 😉

 

Sending you all and your loved ones tonnes of love, hope, and happiness.

Fiance called USCIS last night and the representative told him that he is not in the position to say anything about our case (like what???) 

He even told my fiance that can't even talk to tier2 as they have a bunch of calls to entertain. What a great response 😖

We will call again monday, hoping to get great news! Great news that we have been waiting for so long 🙏

Yes, last time I called they literally said there wasn’t anyone (like Tier 2) to even talk to. Yeah ok...anyway I’ve given up on calling for now. My congresswoman is going to inquire again in the beginning of May if we don’t hear anything by then. I hope good news if coming our way soon!

Last month day cleared May, I really hope this month they will clear Juners...

I've always been somewhat of an AOShole so I will be there soon!

PHILIPPINES ONLY!!!  CFO (Commission on Filipinos Overseas) INFO - Can't leave home without it!

 

PDOS (Pre-Departure Registration and Orientation Seminar) is for ages 20-59.  Peer Counseling is for 13-19 years of age.

It is required to have the visa in their passport for PDOS and Peer Counseling.

 

GCP (Guidance and Counseling Program) is for K-1 Fiancee and IR/CR-1 spouse ONLY.
