Worst experience ever!!!!

I don't think anyone on this forum has gone through something like this.

Most get an interview at least before application is returned.

There was another one just last week or the week before.  I will try to find it to see what happened with them.  It isn't a denial.  It is rare that it gets sent back at that point but don't give up.  I will find the other thread.

PHILIPPINES ONLY!!!  CFO (Commission on Filipinos Overseas) INFO - Can't leave home without it!

PDOS (Pre-Departure Registration and Orientation Seminar) is for ages 20-59.  Peer Counseling is for 13-19 years of age.

It is required to have the visa in their passport for PDOS and Peer Counseling.

GCP (Guidance and Counseling Program) is for K-1 Fiancee and IR/CR-1 spouse ONLY.

I know.

This i ridiculous.

I'm also super, super confused.

What is happening here???

Like I would understand if you interviewed me and then send it back.

But i haven't even had a chance to do that.

If you can find it, that would be great.

I'm also assuming i'm in it for the long, long, long wait.

It never even made it to the Embassy.  NVC returned it for some reason.  The Embassy does return petitions occasionally.  NVC doing it seems rare.

We called the NVC, apparently it is going back to USCIS to be reviewed again.

It looks like we will be getting an NOIR.

I'm just...dumbfounded and numb.

So numb to this whole experience.

Were there previous visas or multiple K-1 attempts?  Criminal record?  There must be something that caused this.  I am so sorry.  Don't give up.  There is always the CR-1 option.

No clue.

Most likely, our K1 visa approval will expire before any of this is resolved.

They can automatically extend that.  Do not worry about that.  I believe it is actually 1 year from NOA2.  They say 4 months in the letter but you actually have a year.

Surely they will extend the validity? It's something beyond your control... Something their end. 🙁

Ghaaaaad, I hope it's quick, what ever it's for. I'm so sorry, sweets. 💜

I just wish anyone had anything positive to say about this or had gone through it.

I feel so stupid going through it.

Now i see why people just move and adjust their status.

This process is brutal.

I don't know what i'm going to do

Thank you
@Lotts

🎉🎊🍾

Atti received a packet by mail today. Unfortunately the packet was open and we don’t know if we are missing anything from it. This packet contained our approved 129f application, spousal abuse information, financial affivadavit blank form and instructions, instructions on how to book medical appointment in Hungarian, list of documents to bring to appointment in English, instructions on police records in Hungarian, information docs needs to show economic solvency (not a public charge) and vaccination requirement. Is this packet 3? Can someone help out with any info 🙏🏻

YES! This is packet 3!:)

SOOOOOOOO I found out my passport number on my initial 129f was entered incorrectly.

Somehow this passed the initial USCIS officer and the NVC

SO now i'm assuming that this is why it's being returned to NVC.

I'm so afraid of the uphill battle infront of me.

I will literally be the last person to get their visa lol.

But it’s a fixable thing at least. I think they just have to update the info and you might have to show proof of your passport number maybe by sending them photocopies. I was able to change my birthday just by sending an email to USCIS right before I got an approval.
