One last question - do you remember how soon you could schedule an appointment to pickup your Visa?  For the actual Visa interview the soonest appointment we could schedule was 4-6 weeks away.  I am hoping the appointment to schedule the pickup of her Visa will not be so far out.

days were available immediately - with different days of the week offering different time slots - some days pickup hours ended early afternoon - some days had longer hours available.

UKers, how long did you have to wait for you passport and visa to be returned to you after the interview?

Got mine on Monday and I really want my POE to be the first few days of May. Really wanted to do a May the 4th marriage. 😳

Yeah, we're nerds.

From what i have seen u should be in good shape. Typically it only take a week or 2 for visa to show up.

IN REGARDS TO WHICH DATE TO USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

noa1 date is actually they date on ur hard copy. Sadly if u reach the magical 220 day u must wait till 225 to contact Uscis. They use what the new site says. Even if ur paper says X date.

They added 5 days onto everyone’s accepted on NOA1

Ugh. That's a worry. Knowing my luck, that will be delayed too. Really don't wanna wait to book flights. Everything is starting to creep out of my budget now. What a pain in the mossy cottage!!!

It is usually 2 weeks unless you have any single slightest reason for uncertainty about your medical history.

If you did have the slightest reason it goes for review with Mike Pence. Takes 12-18 weeks. Good luck!

For a moment, I didn't know if you was serious or not 😂😂

My medical history is all done and sorted. After a month of chasing and getting that done, there is no uncertainty there now. Mr Pence can suck my left one. 😎 I'm ready to go now, thank you please.

This is what my status says too. It's been saying that for the past 2 weeks, but apparently we (Canadians) aren't allowed to schedule the interview until AFTER they receive the packet 4. Which we have not received because we are still waiting for packet 3.

ugh.

I’m on the same boat! I sent an email to embassy for help because the next steps are so unclear. The text on website says they have scheduled an interview. But we have not received any info as to when that is?
