Got married last Friday now on to AOS paperword!~ I'm so glad to see many of the remaining Junies getting approval and will be following John on is CR1 journey. 

He's some pics from the little wedding we had I hate wearing a tux! LOL but Rakhel looks amazing

What to do next? CELEBRATE! Get some sleep and try to relax, finally? LOL!!!

Was pretty straightforward getting me through passport control. Took longer to get Ed, my cat, cleared. 

Landed at about 6pm local time, got home at 1130pm. 

May the 4th tomorrow. Our day. His sister is going to be our witness then it's off out for a celebration meal. Doing nothing fancy. This process has killed our wallets so just a courthouse job for us. It's the same piece of paper and means the world to us.

OMG all the wedding photos make me teary eyed. I'm such an emotional mess (but for once, in a good way!!).

 

CONGRATULATIONS to all of you who have already begun your new lives in the states!!!! It's so amazing to see so many people we've been sitting around waiting all this time for alongside each other finally reaching that finish line. I can't wait for Paul and I to have our day!!!

I've seen lots of guys who can't pull off the tuxedo look!  Nice job but honestly, who in their right mind would be looking at the groom!!!

 

Congratulations on making it through the gauntlet.  Our wedding will be the week of June 11.  Still working out some logistics.  I will be in a traditional barong tagalog...sweating...

 

Best of luck on the new life and thank you for sharing the picture.  It helps all the rest of us realize why we are doing this.

I am SO happy to read this. I’m sorry it’s been such a rough and long road for you guys and I’m hoping that the next bit goes super fast to make up for it. Take a deep breath and before you know it this part will

Think I’m the last one standing for June without a NOA2...sigh. Not trying to throw myself a pity party but we are seriously thinking about what our plan B will be if this K1 does not pan out. We are afraid that after all this waiting we are just going to be denied...and can’t help but feel that way at this point. I have explored every avenue to get answers and still a whole lot of nothing. I am trying to decide how long we should wait before we throw in the towel on the K1. When I read about horror stories of waiting a year or two I cringe. Possible plan B options are spousal visa or me moving there. Any thoughts? Would any of you have considered giving up on the K1 if it was taking over a year just for NOA2? Thanks guys...and congrats to everyone!!
