Yes hun, I got the email and the text that said the following:

 

We have taken an action on your case. 

Sign in to your account to view your case status.

 

And there it was. My approval as of Nov. 15, 2018.

 

But I got the notification this morning @ 5:30 AM  Central time 😍

The old website has not updated, nor the case app.

FYI guys, we got our NOA2 in the mail today. Weird thing is that I got email/text that we got approved on 11-8-2018 and in our paper NOA it states that we got approved in 11-7-2018. No big deal just thought I would share that

Ohh thanks IKD.. right now am following on my case tracker about 3 or 4 other cases with the same PD  as mine.. March 2nd TSC..i pray  we r next coz its already 8 and half months since they received our I-130 Petitions

Just an update. NVC received my approval on October 17 and just now received his case ID number. Another step closer!! Woohoo!

It appears we might have got a RFE. I asked my spouse to call USCIS earlier today and request to speak to a Tier 1 Rep, surprisingly she was told a mail had been sent out requesting for more information since the 14th. No notice on both sites, none on case tracker neither any text or email.  Guess we just have to wait it out to see what they need. 

 

For those March filers at Nebraska who hasn’t gotten their NOA2, I ll suggest you all call them now and request to speak to Tier 1 officers before the holiday as your case might have been approved or at least worked on. 

 

PD is 03/16 NSC .

On november 7 uscis mailed me rfe after one week we received a letter of rfe they want more evidence about father and child relationship i have only 

Birth certificate 

8 years old picture with my father

Vaccine card

Receipt of bank  

School result file of my childhood

Hospital record  even uscis if you dont have evidence do DNA test so these evidence is enough i think
