Our package was received at Phoenix lockbox today! Signed sealed and delivered! It’s theirs! 😂

Do I count 10 business days from today to receive the NOA1??

I am going to visit hubby for 3 weeks in May, and hope to have something, the NOA, to show the border security that we are in progress.

Anyone travelled to visit USC spouses with I130 in progress, and been ok?

You should have something by may,

I don't know about the travel as my husband and I are both in the US

Good luck!

Oh wow!  You submitted to Phoenix lockbox too?

Oh wait , so I thought when they send the case number and name of service centre that was the NOA1? Coz the application has been accepted right?

So, then what is the NOA1?

Yes phoenix lockbox , You are correct the NOA1 gives you that information, but with the G1145 form that i sent, they sent me a text and email stating that my case was received and where its going. Just waiting for the NOA1 in the mail now
