Did you get the email/txt notification or postal mail?

I checked online, and it says approve. "We will mail your approval notice", so check online. I also have this app that checks all approvals around my date, and it showed many were approved today as well.

Guess I follow along with you guys!   I filed for my husband 01/12/2018, Nebraska.  No updates, no request, just emails each 2 weeks stating no updates at this time.   I am quite positive it is because of where my husband is from.  Guess we got put on top of the highest shelf, collecting dust!

That is past the point of date for inquiry on nebraska dates. They have shown they finished cases from Feb 1st and before on the site. Have you submitted and inquiry yet for an update on the website about it being outside of normal processing times?! I would do so :) #Goodluck!

I asked my Attorney if we could do an inquiry about a week prior to our allowed date we could inquire, he said well WE? normally wait 45 days past the final processing timeline.      Then about 3 days before the allow date, he sent a request - it states within normal processing times, WELL yes, because he sent it a few days too early.

So 1 week ago, I did my own request online.   It tells me to expect a letter in about 2 weeks..............so I await anxiously.

I just really do not get it.   I know that some countries they do more extensive background checks, about how much more extensive can it get?   My husband has never been in trouble, no records, and none of his family as well.     Sadly, I feel it is because of not just his country, but is nationality and the religion he was raised which they actually put this on their birth certificates.   He is not even from a flagged country by Trump, so I don't get why everyone even from March applications have already been approved, and we know nothing.

Oh wow! Sorry to hear that and I hope you do get that letter in a week like they say, Inshallah. Because they should have answers since its now past current processing times.

I am sure it is due to his country unfortunately. With the pressures from the current "administration" I am not surprised :(

wishing all the luck to you! Keep us updated
