I am not quite familiarized this is NVC process. however i called the NVC about a week ago and they told me they havent received my case yet, they asked me to wait one month until they received my documents so they can give me more information about the documents they will need from me. but Im thinking about calling again next week because USCIS case status says that they sent my documents to NVC on sept 21st. 

 

So, since im so eager to finish this process, I will call again next week until I hear my case was received! jajaja 😂

Lol. This made my evening. I feel the same way too. Its as if March filers from Nebraska are STUCK.  But we have to keep the faith while waiting ...

I actually got an update today that they sent my docs to NVC on Oct.2. I've to give them a week or 2 before calling i guess.

NOA1 - March 29, TSC

 

Just called and spoke with a Tier 2 representative... They said TSC is working on Feb 2nd, 2018 but I called few weeks ago and spoke with a Tier 1 representative and they said TSC is working on Feb 15th, 2018 cases, so not sure how we are going backwards. 😐 😒

 

Tier 2 representative said my application looks to be in order and I need to wait another 1-2 months... I really thought this week or next week I might hear back but looks like it might take another month or more. 😥

May be it ll take another month because they are not going through order like to see others are getting approval ...

It's like in Nebraska, they went for lunch  one day in January and never came back to work lol
