I guess its still within normal time range. Keep in touch and hope you hear something soon.

Thanks. We can only wait. It's so frustrating seeing PD after one getting approved and yet not you. Congratulations to all that got approved.

Good luck to you as well.

At 6:20 am this morning I received via email ONLY notification of NOA2.  The apps still have not updated and I did not receive a text message.   The hard copy is still on the way.    Best of luck to all Still waiting!

Mine was 12th and people with later than 12th got approved before me.  Doesn’t mean there is a problem or request/rejection coming.   This process is just slow and without logic often.  Hold tight and have faith - it’s on the way

Yes I did ....but nothing! :(

But what do you mean by nothing? Because when you call directly to USCIS  a representative must tell you if your case is still under review or approved or otherwise.  Do not only check your case status. call the númber on the webpage speak to a Tier1 officer. If they are not giving you enough info, ask to speak to Tier2 officer.

March filing for Texas is still within the estimated approval times set out by USCIS. A tier 2 officer would be able to provide little more information, and just slows the work that these guys are already doing.

Sadly patience is a reality for this process.

They said that my case wasn't showing up as active yet. She repeated to me what I know already about the priority date and USCIS processing times, and waiting to be out of normal processing to submit an inquiry. I'm unsure about the Tier she was, but I am glad to have this forum to learn about how to go about things differently. I was discouraged, but I am excited to be going to visit my husband tomorrow so my spirits are rising. I hope that when I return things have changed with our case. It's just going to be so hard to leave him again. It's so hard to know what or how we will be notified about this. Still praying... March filers keep your spirits up.
