You guys’ date was one day before ours, congrats!

According to me VJ timeline I should have already been approved 2 weeks ago, which is making me worry now. I’m considering calling USCIS to check my case but the number on the app is only an automated service and I cannot talk to an officer.

Does anyone know which number to call?

thank you!

On September 19, 2018, we mailed a request for initial evidence for your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, Receipt Number SRC........ The request for evidence explains what we need from you. Guys what us next process after I 130 gets approved. What are the documents we need to collect. any help will be appreciated.  how about the police clearance. How should we get it and what kind we need RCMP? . BTW i am residing in CANADA, Toronto.

I have a similar question. I see there are multiple guides for NVC on VJ. I would like to collect all the required documents, so things go smoothly.

Looking for input from someone, who might have done a more thorough search or have input from someone who has been through NVC process.

HI everyone,

I just have a question, I am a Canadian CItizen. I am planning to visit my hubby in USA for 10 days in December as I will behaving xmas holidays to thinking to spend 10 days with hubby. For example if i Have an interview date  sometimes in january, can I still visit him in the December.?

Yes of course. You can visit the USA the day before or the day of your interview too (provided it’s before you hand over your passport), makes no difference.
